What is the difference for Robert Stock when he's on like he was tonight?
The stuff's really good.
It's always been really good.
It's strikes.
When he forces them to swing, he does really well.
I think he ran in maybe to Milwaukee where, like, some balls found holes, but more or less, when he's in the strike zone, he's been really good for us.
And that was impressive, put him in a tough spot there in the fifth inning with the bases loaded, nobody out, kind of a two ball we didn't execute on.
A- and to see him get out of that against their best hitters was really impressive.
What's to say about him?
He's had the two rough outings, Pittsburgh, Milwaukee, the way he's bounced back from each of them.
That's been really impressive.
The, the two outings have been tough.
They've dramatically skewed his numbers, but I think it's four other outings where he's given us a really good chance to win every game.
Some cases we have won those games.

How'd that one feel?
Oh, it felt great.
It felt great to, come back and contribute in some way, and home run is always cool, so felt great for sure.
What's better, one in the, majors or three in Syracuse?
One in the majors for sure.
But the three in Syracuse is pretty cool.
I've never done that ever in my life, so, but I'll take this one.
What's the most homers you've ever hit in back to back games before in the pros?
To be honest with you, I don't know.
I don't know.

That could be it, four for you in two days, I'm saying.
Four in two days?
Sounds, yeah, sounds about right.
Robert, I know a lot of pitchers don't value the win loss stat, but you you got your first win since 2019.
Just what does that mean and how does it feel?
It's, it's, really cool.
You know, it's, it takes a whole team to win the game and you saw that tonight with how great our defense was, how good the hitters were, in the second half of the game.
And, it's, it, it's great when you step back and you, and you look at how long it's been and, I can both feel good about the team and myself.
What were you pleased with, with your strike throwing abil- ability?
Honestly, keeping an even keel and thinking about what I did better last game compared to this game.
And I, you know, last game, if I look at the process compared to this game, it was slightly better.
The results were wildly different, but the process was slightly better, and so that's something I'm gonna build off of.
But I'm not gonna get too hung up on thinking that I'm the world's worst pitcher last week and the world's best one this week.
You know, I know what I need to do to continue to be good.
