And so, Pete, to kind of feed into your point, I mean, is affordability important as a sports fan?
I would say yes.
I mean, obviously, you want to be able to go to a game.
You want to be able to buy a hot dog.
You want to be able to buy a beer or whatever.
Sure, that's fair.
But it's just economics.
I mean, the Angels have not been good.
We all know about the playoff drought.
But the Angels haven't even had a winning season since 2015, the year after their last playoff appearance, 85 and 77.
And since then, 2015, the Angels have not won more games in a season than they've lost.
And just to put that into perspective, I would have been 10 years old.
And the last time the Angels had a winning record, Apple had just unveiled the iPhone 6.
Taylor Swift was singing Shake It Off, and the world was still five years away from COVID.
It's absurdity.
Insanity.
And so again, so affordability, the Angels are affordable.
I went to an Angels game this summer.
My ticket, $14.
It's affordable.
I'll give them that.
But again, it's economics 101.
Demand is low.
Nobody is going to the games, so the demand isn't high.
Nobody's buying the tickets, so they're cheap.
When demand is low, like for a losing team, low ticket prices get people in the door.
So Artem Moreno is taking credit for having a losing team that nobody wants to pay much to see.
Concessions, according to a Sports Illustrated article where we're pulling this information from, priced right around league average.
But I mean, again, and you move into safety, Anaheim, Orange County, Southern California as a whole, one of the nicest places in the country.
I mean, again, general safety is an important thing.
But one, I feel like safety inside of a Major League Baseball stadium, I mean, I feel like that should come as a guarantee.
