Yeah, I think, um, the big thing is just, um, you know, I mean, the terms players coach kind of I think it's thrown along and.
Um, I think you know he was a former player so he understands kind of what we're going through, but at the same time too there's a very high standard and he holds us accountable and he's not um afraid to do that.
So, um, I think that balance is, is, you know, really, really valuable, and I think it's really rare to get in this league and, um, you know, I've been very fortunate to be with him to, you know, now go on 8 years together.
It's been really special.
Sean was asked about this a minute ago, but how's the mentality change when you go from being the team that's trying to knock the Chiefs off from the top of the division to being a team that's trying to stay over the top?
Yeah, I mean, I think, uh, I don't know if your mentality changed.
I mean it's just more of a, look, we're in a really good division with a lot of good teams, you know, all four teams are really competitive and, um, yeah, I mean we just gotta take it week to week.
I, I don't think we're really kind of looking at it , you know, down the line like that or, you know, already doing standings watching so I think the big thing is, you know, we just wanna try to go 1 and 0 this week versus the Chiefs and, um, you know, obviously everybody knows how good they are and, um, it's gonna be a challenge, but we're excited.
