And are you thinking about the, the fans back home, big screens in Newcastle everywhere, everyone chanting your name as we speak?

To be honest, I'm trying not to.

I'm trying to keep off it as much as possible 'cause I think it can get to you a little bit.

You know, the, everybody's wanting to do it at home, so yeah, just trying to sort of stay as present as possible.

But, yeah, buzzing.

I'm buzzing that we got to the semifinal, but I really hope that we can get all the way.

And you showed that coolness when you came on, 'cause that was the vital thing, wasn't it?

Yeah.

You can't lose your head.

No.

You got straight on there and- Yeah, listen, I was desperate to get on.

I knew that was gonna be the type of game that I probably would come on, and, I just got to come on and do what I'm good at.

So yeah, I'm happy I could come on and help the team.

Well- Can you, can you describe what went through your head at the final whistle?

Yeah, just relief, I think, a little bit.

I think it was a tough game for both teams.

I think playing 120 minutes in that heat is, is horrific.

Honestly, I can, understand why the game probably wasn't at the, the highest quality that people would've wanted, but yeah, just delighted to get through.

Dan, Jed Spence said that you guys will die for each other out there.

That togetherness, that unity, is that what's really gonna give you the best possible chance to go all the way?

100%.

I said this before, I think we're You can talk about brotherhood and character a lot, but until you actually see it out on the pitch, it's hard to believe in it.

But for me, I think we've done that in the last two games and shown that we can see games out and, get through games when we're not playing, very well.

So, yeah, just sort of excited for Sunday.

And, and a word on Jude, just the kind of belief that- Yeah you've got someone there that can- Class.

I think when you've got someone like Jude on the team who creates goals out of nothing, does a lot of work that goes unseen, runs himself into the ground, so yeah, when you've got people like him and H, up front, you, you know that you're always in a game.

What can you tell about the heart and mentality of the team?

Say that again, sorry.

What can you tell about the heart and mentality of the team?

Yeah, I think it just shows the, the way that we've gotten through the last two games, just the, yeah, the mentality of what, we're just delighted to get through.

What do, does Mexico signify to you to play in the Azteca?

Yeah, Mexico was amazing.

Loved every minute of it.

I think playing there in such an iconic stadium was special.

It's something I'll remember forever.

Cheers, Dan.

Thanks, Dan.
