Busch wanted son to see hard work paying off
Before his sudden death, Kyle Busch talked about what he wanted his son, Brexton, to take away when he watched him race.

You know, Braxton grew up in this sport, but of course, he's getting older, and, you know, your, your memory gets greater every year.
What, what do you think he's experiencing every Sunday watching you race now, now that he's doing it himself and he's old enough to not only have memories, but to make note of things that, that he's seeing from you and the sport?
Yeah, I mean, I believe that he's been around it, obviously, with learning and seeing what I do and seeing the You know, he- I've been there he was there during all the good times.
He may not remember a lot of the good times.
I know he remembers a little bit of it.
We've talked about it.
But, you know, it's certainly been a little bit more frustrating as of late, with the last couple of years.
But, you know, you just keep working on it and, and showing that the hard work and the perseverance and all of that and being able Hopefully, we come out of this stretch and having some good runs and some and maybe c- get some wins shows that the hard work put in will, will always pay off
