Montreal Canadiens players are starting to return to town even if training camp is still some way away.

Tage Thompson, the, the fact that Kevin Adams got this guy signed up for, a seven-year contract worth $50 million, basically just over $7 million, with a cap hit there, that's looking incredibly well, especially now that Zach Benson and Josh Norris are making essentially more than Tage Thompson is.
So good on Kevin Adams, and, you know, at the time of this contract, you know, Tage Thompson was coming off a career breakout year where he had 47 goals and 94 points, all the more reason for him to get even more money.
So you've got, you know, one of the premier scorers locked up for a long, long time and, you know, this is gonna age incredibly well.
It's already aging well in my mind.

Well, every player in a no-tax state, a no state tax state should be exempt from this, but I, but I won't go there.
Brandon Hagel is probably the, the best bargain in the league at 6.5 million with another six years starting n- this next season.
So I mean, that one's ridiculous, and I'll just do a coverall here.

Because, you know, Lane Hudson's at 8.8 and every one of the forwards is under 8 million.

Now Demidov signs the ex- eight-year extension at 9.125, so they're all bargains.
