I don't know really.
It's quite a hard one to improve, I think.

I think two will speed it up and I love playing in two, so I just hate slow golf.

No, I'd, I'd make them super severe if I it was me, but then you'd probably have nobody playing on the tour, including myself.
I'd probably get penalized and be banned for, like, six months.
