You'll be automatically opted in, and we are gonna be giving away a Chiefs jersey when we get to 100 reviews on Apple Podcasts.

We are getting close, we're in the 70s now, and we're gonna read some reviews from Apple Podcasts right now.

Cause that's what happens when you guys leave a, a nice certain review.

So, uh, do you wanna, do you wanna kick us off, uh, in line eight there, Jojo?

Yeah, so we got one from um Harperness '98.

They said love.

I've been following Jojo since the Ari tour and love that she's now on a podcast.

Not a big football fan, but I'm excited to learn about football and about Taylor from a reputable source.

Thank you.

I need, need folks to be let it known that I have been called a reputable source.

This is a big step forward in my career for me.

Thank you, uh, thank you, Harperness for that really great review.

Uh, we really appreciate the support.

Um, OK. Next up is from Demitra one.

Say loving it.

I am enjoying this podcast so much.

As a swifty, this is a treat to see the worlds collide and learn more on the Chiefs side.

Keep it up.

We hope you're, we hope you're enjoying the format and, and learn a little football, supporting Travis, that's, uh, that's the idea.

Thank you so much for the review.

Uh, our next one is from Maddie M 92.

She said, my world's colliding already.

I'm invested.

She said the show is so fun.

I've been a swifty forever and I'm a Chiefs fan.

The hosts do a good job of mixing tailored content and football info.

Love it.

All right, thanks, Maddie.

Yeah, we are, you guys are really coming through with the reviews.

Uh, next up is from Mac White.

Tay and Trav Pod love, loving the Taylor and Travis podcast.

Long time swifty since Fearless, and a longtime football girlie, Bears and Colts household, who currently has Travis on her many fantasy football teams.

He's been following.

I have been following Jojo since the Era tour, learning a lot about watching the players and reminding myself of anything.

Taylor, love you guys.

Thank you so much, Mac White.

That's, um, I just love that, man.

I love that there's like fans of other teams that are interested, like in.

If y'all play fantasy football, I've never had Travis on a fantasy football team ever.

Just, it's just never worked out that way for me.

And this might be his last season, like, in my fantasy football, I just might.

YOLO it and like take him in the first round and then it's like I'm gonna lose, but I don't care.

I wanna have him on my team one time, right?

I never get him because I never get a good draft pick and I'm always in swifty leagues and so he always gets pulled first.

I usually just make everyone angry and I just draft Patrick Mahomes first round and start some chaos.

Yeah, I love it.

I love it.

Our next review is from a teacher Traveler.

Uh , they said, great.

Love this podcast, very thoughtful, very informative and entertaining.

Look forward to it every week.

And, uh, that's it.

That's it for the, for the Apple reviews.

Uh, a really good, you guys really helped us out this week.

Push us over the finish line.

So we can give away this Chiefs jersey and a signed Taylor Swift CD from Jojo's private collection.

That's amazing first giveaway, and we really appreciate you guys helping us reach our big goal of, of getting to 100 reviews on Apple Podcasts.

Um, let's go to the text group , because y'all, these are my faves.

Send us questions, guys.

I love these.

Send us questions in the text group.

We'll get to as many as we can.

And uh do you wanna kick us off with that first Taylor prediction, Jojo?

Yeah, so, uh, we got a prediction from the text group.

Uh, they said Taylor Swift will at the very least, go to all home games.

The only question is if Taylor will do the walk-ins and walkouts in the tunnel at Arrowhead Stadium.

Uh, that was sent in by Paloma.

Paloma, I'm with you.

I don't know if they let them walk out the tunnels.

Uh, I don't know how that works.

There's like a family area down on the field for like pre-game, so she certainly could be there if she wants to be, she might not want to be down on the field, do you know what I mean?

like.

Sometimes that uh like the, you know, you'll see.

Brittany down there a lot, like with the kids, and so that might be fun for them to be down on the field.

Taylor might just because of, she's got to deal with, you know, the spotlight and stuff, like maybe she doesn't want to be the focus, uh, which I would totally understand, but it would be cool if she was down in that family area.

But oh my God, can you imagine, can you imagine if the, if they let her come out of the tunnel at some point, the men on, on Twitter would just be a shambles, a shambles.

I mean it would be, it would be let her do it guys, let her do it.

Yeah, it would be like, I, I think it would be cool and maybe she wouldn't want to do this, but like she, has she ever been Has she ever been in a halftime show?

No, I mean, this is NFL.

This is the year.

Like, do you know what I mean?

This is, this is your shot.

I don't know if there's been any rumors about who's gonna do it, usually it happens pretty early, but like, So, do you want some tea?

The last time, um, it was, there were big speculations last Super Bowl for the halftime show that it was Taylor.

And, um, I don't know, a few years ago, she said that like they had been in negotiations and she wanted to own the rights to like the video and footage of her performance and the NFL wouldn't give it.

That was never really confirmed, but I do believe that.

Take the W. Take the W. You don't, right?

Yeah, you don't need to sell it.

You've got all the, the NFL.

You're the NFL.

Everyone who owns a team is billionaires.

Just like, you know how much money you're, you're gonna make off of having Taylor.

Let her cash in on.

The whole Super Bowl, let her sell it, let her sell it.

You're gonna, you're still gonna make money off the dang thing.

It might, it'll be the most watched Super Bowl halftime show ever, probably.

These people, man, greed is a, is a crazy, crazy thing, like just.

Yeah, anyway, I'll go, I'll rant forever.

Um, let's go to the next one.

this is YouTube, Jojo.

Yeah, this one's from Carrie in Nebraska.

Thank you, Carrie, for sending us a question.

She said, uh, is Instagram a good option, even though I don't like posting myself?

I haven't been on Facebook since 2024 once they started promoting AI photos of Taylor on my feed.

Yeah, that sucks, right?

Um, and those do kind of go crazy and they're.

Really easy to like trick people with.

I think always with all things, just use your discernment.

Do you know what the one thing I told my mom, Patrick, and this is something that like I think maybe resonates with most people, is that like, when you look at anything, no matter what website or anywhere, if you look at it and your immediate gut reaction is going, is this real?

It's usually not.

Um, that's your discernment.

That's literally like your human, um, instinct of, of, of kind of like seeing things that like aren't real.

The best place to get Taylor news is directly from Taylor and Taylor Nation herself on any platform that they post, um.

Instagram, sure, Instagram at least marks it when it's AI content.

Yeah, it's, it's just hard.

You just really have to use your discernment, um, and follow creators that you feel are reliable and that align with you, and that will usually sort itself out.

Yeah, there's no escaping it.

It's just gonna get worse and worse, it's gonna be everywhere, it's gonna get harder and harder to see.

So, so that's why it's important to just, like Jojo said, follow trusted sources, um, because you would have to just not be on the internet at all, um.

And a lot of these platforms have started becoming monetizable for creators, so it incentivizes creators to just make stuff up, so that they can make money off of it, and so it's just, it's not that we talked about in the, it's not clout chasing anymore, it's, it's even something a little bit more insidious.

So support.

When you support creators like Jojo, you're supporting them financially as well, and then they are incentivized then to give you the, the real goods and the real opinions and honest, genuine content and not fake BS.

Like when you see, if you don't know who it's from, I would just, it gives people a chance, but if it's like some weird random account, that's like not a person, like.

Your accounts Jojo and Casey.

If you see like random like Taylor Swift news and updates, like I would maybe just scroll right on past that.

That's a great point.

Anyone putting their face online is already making themselves more vulnerable.

I think that's why Twitter is so hard, um, because it's really hard to verify, so.

OK, next up is, uh, Uh, from Georgia Swifty, um, hi, I am so glad to have discovered the show, and I'm so excited about the upcoming Chiefs season.

I am, however, concerned because as an out of market viewer in Georgia, I am often limited to where I can watch games.

I'm working on this.

Please wish me well.

I enjoy your sharing thoughts on Taylor's music and her and Travis's new era.

I'm happy that they are together and married.

Go Taylor, go Travis, go Chiefs.

Thank you, Sonia, uh, Bo.

So Sonia, NFL, you know, look, you can spend a bunch of money and get NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube.

I think there's a discounted rate if you.

Have YouTube TV already, if you make that your TV choice, it's a little bit cheaper , but it's not cheap.

Um, I pay for it because I need it for work, to cover the Chiefs, but one of the frustrating things for me the last few years have been that the Chiefs are so often in primetime games, that I, I actually end up paying a ton of money for only a couple of games.

So, my suggestion would be, if you're trying to do it on a budget, a lot of Chiefs games are gonna be on national TV Sunday Night Football, Thursdays, Monday Night Football, sometimes they're the afternoon game.

You can look ahead at the schedule and um see, uh, like when the when the Chiefs have like a, like a 120 game or 1 o'clock for you in Georgia.

There's a chance it's gonna be a harder game for you to get, because it's not nationally televised and you're probably gonna get the Falcons, um, but so there is a website.

Called , um, let me just look it up really quick.

tea, and this is not, I'm not telling you how to steal it, um, but There's a website called 506sports.com, OK?

And 506sports.com publishes during the NFL season a coverage map of where teams are gonna be shown.

So you can log in the week of the game.

And look at that map and see if the Chiefs game is going to be shown on one of the networks in your area.

If it's not, then you can make a contingency.

You can go to a bar that shows, you know, multiple games and things like that, that can be a good way to do it.

There's also, uh, there's also a product called NFL Plus, and I think they might show replays of games, and it might be a little bit more affordable.

So if you get that during the season, you won't be able to watch it live, but like the next day.

There'll be like a condensed replay of the game and it's more affordable.

So for the handful of games that won't be nationally televised, you can check that out.

So I hope that helps.

Something my husband would do when we lived in Denver for me to watch the Chiefs games is like, we would just go to Hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings .

If so if like if that's something you can do, like, Especially like you mentioned, a lot of them are gonna be prime time, so, you know, if you can just like, if you're able to take your family out to lunch and watch the Chiefs while you have lunch, that always works.

Yeah, absolutely, um, OK, and then lastly, uh, WNBA appearance.

Curious if you think TNT will roll up to a Caitlin Clark game.

As was rumored last year before Caitlin Clark got hurt.

I'm thinking it's possible, but probably only during the playoffs, during early to mid-October when the Chiefs have a bye, that would also line up a bit with the Caitlin Clark one shoe release on 10-1.

Um.

Yeah, I love Caitlin.

She's a lot of fun, uh, to watch .

Obviously she's, she's a Chiefs fan as well, which is a huge plus.

Um, and so I'm sure, and , uh, she's met Taylor.

I remember there was like a picture of them together, I believe at one of the to a Chiefs game together.

Oh, did they?

Oh, that's, I was at that game.

That's the only reason I remember.

Oh that's fun.

Um, so yeah, yeah, I think it's totally possible, absolutely, if they're, I believe they're playoff bound, the fever, um, so.

That would be, if they're able to do it, like they do, they do try to give the, the guys on their bye week a breath, um, to, to get out and, and just, you know, get away from the facility for a little bit, you know, continue your treatment, don't get in any trouble, but that would be like a, a prime activity.

We know that both Travis and Taylor like basketball.

We, we saw them both at NBA playoff games, at Taylor at the Knicks game.

So, uh, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see them.

It's not too far away from KC to get over to, to watch a fever game.

But also, Caitlin Clark's not going anywhere anytime soon.

So even if it doesn't happen this season, it could happen anytime in the future, especially after Travis retires.

So I'm hopeful that they'll go together to watch her play at some point, but who knows if it'll be this season.

And there's so many great players in the WNBA, so just, I mean, even if they don't get to a Caitlin Clark game like.

That's the thing too, they, they could show up , they could show up anywhere if it's a, it's a FIFA playoff game or whatever, if they want to support Caitlin or or or some of the other women, um, they're just, they love sports, so they could pop up anywhere.

All right, everybody, thank you.

This was super fun again .

This show is for you, it's a way for you to support us.

So, all the ways to do that, right ?

Head on over to Apple Podcasts, leave, leave us a five star written review there, we'll read it on the show.

You can leave us a 5 star review on Spotify, you can't write anything, but that still helps anywhere.

If there's, I don't even know, there any platform, if there's a chance for you to review the show, please do it.

Whether it be with stars out of 10, text, whatever, and, uh, and then of course you can join our text group, and we can, you can text me and Jojo, how fun is that?

And you can send us your questions, 816-477-5421.

Just text Swifty with an IE to automatically opt in and you'll be entered to win our giveaway, which I mean, we're close enough that it could be next week, it could be two weeks from now.

We're gonna hit that 100 mark and celebrate by giving away a Chiefs jersey and a signed Taylor, CD.

Yeah, thank y'all.

Yeah, yeah, we'll see you on Friday, but until then, for Jojo and KCD for producer Joanne, I'm Patrick Allen.

Go Travis, go Taylor, go Chiefs.

Bye.
