Future Hall of Famer Von Miller just pushed himself to the Dallas Cowboys front burner.
Mike Fisher reporting from Frisco near Cowboys headquarters where Von Miller, the DFW native who has recently visited Cowboys camp in Oxnard and on a regular basis is working out right across the street over there near the star in Frisco at the training facility right across the street, is signing with the Cowboys.
His push for a job is being rewarded.
As about a month ago, Cowboys did not have this idea on the front burner, but the push, the push, and now we're signing.
According to Miller himself, 37-year-old DFW native who recently said, I could roll out of bed and get eight sacks.
Well, the Cowboys will take that.
Obviously, they feel like they've made a lot of improvements when it comes to pass rushers.
What they did with Rashawn Gary, Donovan Eze, and Malachi Lawrence, they think they've got something there.

Dallas doesn't need Von Miller to be the player who once won Super Bowl trophies and used to get double-digit sacks.
The player that he was last year with the Commanders, nine sacks, that'd do.
Something in that area would help Dallas immensely.
They need Von Miller to be not what he once was at Texas A&M, not what he once was in Denver or Los Angeles, but somebody that could be a supplemental helper for Christian Parker's defense.
And now, a guy from DeSoto and a guy from A&M who'd been wanting to come home for a long time now gets his deal and gets his wish.
Von Miller says, it's gonna be special, Cowboys.
I'm coming home to Dallas.
