Dana White Shoots Down Nov. 28 Stevenson vs. Haney Date in Atlanta

Dana White dismissed talk that Shakur Stevenson and Devin Haney will fight Nov. 28 in Atlanta. "If it was, I would have announced it," he said. Nothing is signed, and money is still the sticking point: reporter Mike Coppinger names purse demands as a key issue, and catchweight, weight and rehydration terms are also still being negotiated. White also said talks have progressed for unbeaten Jai Opetaia (31 wins, 24 KOs) to face Deontay Wilder (45-4-1, 43 KOs) on the Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua undercard on Dec. 11 at Principality Stadium in Cardiff. Wilder's manager Shelly Finkel says Wilder accepted the offer, but Zuffa has not confirmed the bout.
