Darnell Nurse on Sharks Stepping Up Without Their Star After Loss in Dallas

Darnell Nurse talks after the San Jose Sharks lost to the Dallas Stars, a game they played without a key star. He calls the absence a big hole in the lineup and admits the Sharks didn't do enough to fill it. Nurse says the team needs to simplify its game against a veteran Dallas group and let the skill come, and he puts the Stars' first two goals down to odd bounces from behind the goal line. Drawing on his years alongside Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl, he says the answer is to step up by committee before the Sharks turn to St. Louis.
