I did over $10,000 in trade deals on Veriswap this month, but were they smart trade deals?
Well, Teapot's about to debate me on that next.
Plus, a $280,000 trade done by two other Veriswap users.
We're about to dive into that one now.
Hello, sports card investors, and welcome to another episode of Trade Talk by Veriswap.
Teapot, the word I would use is juicy.
Juicy?
Juicy.
Juicy Fruit?
Juicy to describe- some of these trades today.
That's true.
You ready to jump in?
Yeah, always.
How about this first one that is extra juicy to the tune of $285,000, Teapot?
One user on Veriswap just traded a 2003 Exquisite Collection patches auto Michael Jordan numbered to 100 in BGS 8 condition.
They have that card priced at $135,000.
It's a beauty.
10 autograph on that card as well.
Yeah, it's a nice auto.
But look what they got in return, $150,000 worth of value in return according to the pricing of these cards on Veriswap.
They got a 2004 Exquisite Kobe Bryant, beautiful patch auto.
They got a 2021 Flawless Steph Curry, beautiful patch auto.
They got a 2018 Flawless Steph Curry patch auto, that one in PSA 10.
They got a 2004 Exquisite LeBron James patch auto, and they got a 2014 National Treasures Kobe jersey auto.
Five big cards in return.
Yeah.
Teapot, which side of this trade would you rather have?
I keep wondering where the ceiling is for Exquisite stuff, 2003 Exquisite stuff, and these Jordans in particular.
It seems like Veriswap has become one of the, if not the, leading, like, de facto spaces for people to make deals with these types of cards.
We see these every single month.
They're reporting these transactions.
Some of them are even the same card.
In this case, I'm really torn here because typically if you see a high-end deal like this, my mind just automatically goes to, well, what's the better card?
Like, that's the one because the charts over time tend to They, they do this, and then they kinda go like this, and it's that What do they call that?
The spoon or whatever.
Parabola's the wrong word.
I'm, I'm losing my, my math terminology, but it's doing that.
These Exquisite Jordans have been- Mm-hmm rising like crazy.
You're getting a ton of really nice stuff on the other side.
That Kobe Exquisite stands out to me.
You've got the LeBron.
you've got a mix of, like, three of the other most collectible pl- actually, probably the three other most collectible players in basketball, at least since Jordan was in the league.
This one's really tough.
Kobe's stuff's been super hot as of recently, so has Jordan's.
If I'm gonna pick a side, it just depends on what my goals are.
If I'm If this, this, this Jordan is, like, coffin card, like park it in a vault and save it for the long term, then I would go with the Jordan, in spite of incredible cards.
If I want more flexibility, if I wanna own having a variety of GOATs, if I wanna be able to move in and out of things, I would go with the other side.
This is, this is one I don't know if I can choose.
It just Pick your side and what your plan and strategy is.
Yeah.
I, I think you analyzed it really well.
I would have to go for the five cards- Yeah just because it's, it's so much.
Two beautiful Kobes.
Yeah.
Two beautiful Steph Currys and a LeBron.
Those five in totality, it's just, it's so much juice there.
I think I'd have to give up the Jordan and take those five.
Yeah.
But it's certainly a close call.
Yeah.
Maybe what strikes me is, like, the other, the opportunity cost of the other Jordan patch autos you could get as well.
Like, there could be another one.
We've seen many of those on the other side in this mix too.
Maybe I would opt for that if there had been, like, a Jordan in place of that NT Kobe or something like that, but yeah.
It will be, it will be a fas- it's a fascinating trade here, and guys, this is just one of literally thousands of trades that take place on Veriswap every month.
Not just high-end ones like this, but trades for as little as, you know, $30 take place on Veriswap all the time.
If you don't have Veriswap yet, now's the opportunity to get it because if you go to veriswap.com or download the Veriswap app, when you register, enter registration code SCI, and that will give you $15 in free trade credit that you can use to do your first trade on Veriswap.
And by the way, Veriswap's got a very special giveaway for everybody, even if you're a current Veriswap user or if you're a new Veriswap user.
The card that they're giving away, let's bring it up on the screen right here.
It is a 2024 Panini Prizm silver Prizm Drake May in PSA 9.
Search for this exact card on Veriswap, and then make a cash offer of $10.
Veriswap will randomly accept one of the $10 cash offers that they receive.
You'll get the card, and they'll even refund your $10 back to you.
What a deal.
There you go.
Get in that giveaway right now, but let's talk about our second trade, Teapot.
This one is fitting.
As of the moment, we're here, World Cup hysteria is around us, and how about on one side, the 2004 Mega Cracks, the Messi in a BGS 9, which is a really good grade on that card, plus an early Ronaldo, a 2004 SP Authentic Manchester United Ronaldo card in a PSA 9 being traded.
On the other side, you've got a, a Haaland, 2019 Topps Chrome Bundesliga PSA 10.
You've also got a, Who do we got here?
And this, we got three different stickers here.
Y- y- yeah, you got Ronaldinho- Yes, we do in the, Campeonato Brasileiro.
Brasileiro.
You're way better than I am.
Yeah.
And then, you got the World Cup stickers green Messi- Oh BGS 9.5.
And then you've got a Diego Maradona- Maradona, yeah BGS 9.5 from, uh- Yes Calciatori.
So- So you got, you got, you got, you got legends on both sides.
This is all legends.
All legends.
Legend- legends and budding legends.
Yes.
Yeah.
Wow.
Um- Okay, so make sense of this, T-Pot.
Yeah.
Which, which, you want the side with the k- a few of the stickers, or do you, y- do you like the pure cards on the side of the Messi and the Ronaldo?
No, I'm gonna take the Messi and Ronaldo in this one- Gotcha for sure.
The, the Haaland is nice.
It's just a little throw-in.
Mm-hmm.
what's been really exciting is World Cup's off with the big name players all doing big name things.
you had in the same day, I believe it was, you had Messi with the hat trick in the first game.
Yeah.
Messi with the hat trick, Mbappe with two goals- Yeah and Haaland with two goals- Yeah in his World Cup debut.
Yeah.
Haaland had two more goals- Yeah in their second game, and he almost had, like, three or four more.
He was all over the place in that match.
Messi had two more goals.
Messi had two more goals.
Yeah.
Ronaldo just netted his first goal- Yeah as of us recording this video.
So all the big name guys are doing big name things.
you were even with Lamine Yamal when he scored, I think, at that- He scored his first goal- His first World Cup goal in World Cup history.
I was watching that in person.
So it's, it's been a really exciting World Cup so far, and what we've got here is, depending who you ask, most people now, the prevailing, it's not consensus, but the prevailing thought now with, with, with Messi having won a World Cup in 2022 is that he's the GOAT.
Yeah.
He's number one now.
There was a lot of conversation before about whether it was him or Pele.
Some people even would throw Maradona into that conversation.
But the clear one, two, three, four are Messi, Maradona, Pele, Ronaldo.
Those are one through four, like, on almost everybody's list.
People forget how good peak Ronaldinho was.
He was unbelievable.
It just wasn't a prolonged, extended career.
He, his peak was four or five years, but he was really good.
this is an exciting trade on both sides, but if you're getting the, the mega cracks, Messi, in this deal, that's the card that moves the needle.
That's the one that's been taking off, and I think that's the one with the most staying power and, and even long-term even more potential.
I am with you.
I want the mega cracks Messi.
Yeah.
That's the one I want in this deal the most.
That's the side I would be on.
Although it's kinda interesting, the stickers on the other side, like, that's where the legacy of soccer collecting was.
It was in the stickers, not the cards.
So they've got a little bit of, like, legacy coming over- They do on the sticker side.
Yeah.
So interesting deal for both sides.
Let's talk about Shohei, T-Pot, in our next trade.
on this trade, one side got the 2018 Topps Update.
This is the rookie debut hot pink Shohei Ohtani number to 50 and the 2017 Bowman Mega Box Chrome Prospects, the purple refractor of that card in PSA 10, both those cards in PSA 10.
But the other side got a Shohei Ohtani number to five from 2025 Topps Cosmic Chrome.
It is the Launched Into Orbit auto number to five in a PSA 10.
Which Shohei card or set of Shohei cards would you rather have here?
Give me the two, for sure- Yeah in this case.
and I know they're not autos, but you're talking about a rookie.
People don't seem to care as much that it's the rookie debut on that particular card because it's his batting pose, kind of, Topps Chrome rookie card.
Um- Yeah, good image and I, I li- I think those 2017 Bowman Mega Boxes are really sneaky as well.
Yeah.
they're nice-looking cards, and that's really, like, the first Topps-produced, card of Shohei.
So I, I'm a little concerned about all of these different autos and insert autos for Shohei in the last few years.
They're very heated right now.
You see a valuation on that of $30,000.
It is numbered to five, but there are other parallels of that.
There are other, probably other Ohtani autos in that Cosmic Chrome set- if I had to guess without looking at the checklist.
There's not a few Ohtani autos, post-rookie year Ohtani autos, and there's gonna be more and more and more in subsequent years, and that's not even the first year Dodgers like people are kinda getting all hyped about, which would be '24.
So I'm, I'm a little concerned overall about that.
I would go with the rookie card/prospect in this case.
I, I think you nailed it.
And for me, I love that 2017 Bowman Mega Box.
I really do, and that's the purple refractor- Yeah in a PSA 10.
Mm-hmm.
That's a really, really good card.
I'm with you.
Yeah.
I'd rather have those two.
Give me the two rookies or, kinda, pre-rookie in the case of the 2017- Yeah rather than a 2025, you know, on-card auto, even though it is numbered to five.
It's a cool card.
It's a really cool card, honestly.
And some, some people love the Topps Cosmic Chrome.
They do.
I've not gotten into it as much- Yeah as others have, but man, for some people, they just love that set.
They do.
Yeah.
Let's, let's jump to hockey for a second, T-Pot.
How about Connor Bedard for Connor Bedard?
This is an interesting one.
We've got a 2023 The Cup True RPA Connor Bedard number to 99.
From a grading company.
I, I'm not, I'm not familiar.
That's the Upper Deck company, I think.
Like, those are the- Oh ones they're, like, inserting them now in with that grading- I did not- if I'm remembering correctly I did not know that.
Yeah, this- And you might be absolutely right on it- Yes.
Yeah 'cause I wasn't familiar with it.
Yeah.
But on the flip side, how about 2023 Exquisite RPA Gold Connor Bedard number to five?
That's the better of the two cards, but the person also had to give up $16,000 in cash.
So basically, the one side got The Cup True RPA to 99 plus $16,000 in cash.
Yep.
And then the other side got the Exquisite card.
Where would you like to be on this?
I had to do a little research into this.
Neither you or I are hockey experts.
Not, not big in the hockey market.
Hockey card experts.
Nick from our team's getting super into hockey.
So what I found out was, I admittedly did not know that Upper Deck was making Exquisite hockey RPAs now.
Mm-hmm.
What I found out, I don't know if '22 was the first year, but in 2022, they had them and they were inserted into Upper Deck Ice, the set, and you could pull them.
And then they shifted it.
This card actually came out of The Cup.
So it's actually- Yeah an insert subset from The Cup with an R- with an RPA.
The iconic, they're just doing the 2003 design it looks like- Yeah like, year over year.
They did it in '22 and in '23.
aesthetically, I like it better.
It's in a BGS slab.
What they did with those Cup rookies was they put them into these, it's like in, there's, like, an RFID or something.
Like, it's, like, a tracking and security thing, an authenticity thing that Upper Deck has been kinda leading the charge on.
So I like that initiative.
It just surprises me in a way.
I know it's numbered to five versus the true to 99.
In other sports, in basketball and football, we always see, like, the true to 99s outprice Insert sets, but it seems like the Exquisite thing here is, like, carrying the price tag, plus the fact that it's numbered to five.
I don't know how to evaluate this, to be honest.
If I were just picking the coolest card, I think the Exquisite one looks amazing.
Like, I would- The patch is really good on the Exquisite one I would go with- it's a really cool patch.
You gotta get some- It's a better design extra juice for that patch.
Yeah.
Yeah, so I guess I would go, I would go with the Exquisite one here, and it looks like that's the more desirable card based on the price point.
Yeah, I, I think so too.
Like you, I'm not an expert on these, but I do think that I mean, that Exquisite card looks super cool.
Mm-hmm.
Compare them side by side, the Exquisite- Yeah is gonna catch more people's eye- Yeah especially with the patch, but the card design's really nice.
Yep.
I think an 8.5 is a decent grade on that.
Those thick cards are always- It is super hard, super hard to grade.
Yep.
Okay, cool.
Let's talk about some GOATs for some GOATs, Teapot.
1986 Fleer Michael Jordan in PSA 8.5 on one side of this trade, the all-time iconic, you know, Michael Jordan card.
But they traded that, and in return they got a t- a 2000 Bowman Chrome Tom Brady PSA 10.
Talk about GOAT card.
They got a 2000 Fleer Tradition Autographics Tom Brady BGS 9 with an auto 10, and then they also got the '86 Fleer Jordan back, but they got it in a BGS 7.5.
So what this person did is they stepped down from a PSA 8.5 Jordan to a BGS 7.5 Jordan, but then they picked up two really good Tom Brady cards- Yeah for doing that grade point down.
Would you have done that?
To me, this is like, okay, you can get a really nice beachfront property in Fort Lauderdale, you know, three, 3,500 square feet, nice spot.
Or you can get, like, a 2,200 square feet just a little ways down in Fort Lauderdale on the same beach, plus a nice little spot up in the highlands in Georgia, plus a little cottage up in Traverse City.
I'm taking the three.
Okay.
I'm taking the three.
Okay.
Give me the variety.
Give me the stuff.
Now, I say that as probably a really crummy analogy, but there's, there is something from the pop count perspective that's pretty substantial if you start Now, this is a Beckett 7.5, a PSA 8.5.
If I'm looking at PSA's grading report, there's 712 8.5s, and then you go up to 30, thir- 3,072 9s and 334 10s.
There's not a lot above that grade.
If you go down to the PSA 7.5, you're talking about 9,300 PSA 8s, which also outsell this BGS 7.5.
The pop count isn't inconsequential here on the two cards.
I'm a big eye appeal guy.
There's a soft corner on that Beckett 7.5, and everything else looks pretty good.
The subgrades are strong.
But you're getting, like, the PSA 10 Bowman Chrome Brady and an auto that can- Yeah, that PSA 10 Bowman Chrome is nice like, those, to me, just go, like, I, I, I like it.
You know, whether the housing analogy- Yeah sticks or not, I'll let the audience decide, but I- I'm gonna go with the three.
Yeah, I'm more of a proponent than you are generally about going for the higher graded card.
Yeah.
But in this case, because you're getting the PSA 10 Brady, I'm kinda with you.
If it wasn't that card- Yeah I would have probably said I'd rather keep the higher graded Fleer Jordan.
But I feel like you're get- that Brady being thrown in there, I mean, that's nice.
Yeah, it is.
That's really nice.
It is.
Yeah.
That's a nice addition to the deal.
Yep.
And, and, and, and then you get the Jordan back as well- Mm-hmm just a grade point down.
Yeah.
Kinda with you.
There- Gonna go for the three.
It's weird too with PSA's, like, half grades.
They have, like, a weird stigma, I feel.
They're, like, harder to move.
A PSA 8.5 is, like, harder to move than an 8.
It can be.
I mean, just, it's just because you don't see them as much.
People, people don't know how to price it- Yeah or, you know, whatever.
All right, guys, we got a few more big trade deals to analyze, but let me remind you one more time, first of all, if you don't have VeraSwap yet, go get the VeraSwap app, or go to veraswap.com and enter registration code SEI when you register.
So you too can be doing trades like this on VeraSwap, and that registration code SEI will get you $15 in free VeraSwap trade credit.
Then enter the free giveaway.
We're gonna bring the card back up on the screen again.
You just need to search for this 2024 Panini Prizm Silver Prizm Drake May PSA 9.
Make a cash offer of $10 on this card, and you may be randomly selected to get this card for free.
All right, Teapot, this next one's interesting.
I kinda feel like maybe you were on one side of this trade, Teapot, because one person got three Barry Sanders cards plus a, plus a Dennis Rodman and a Kobe.
In fact, they got the Dennis Rodman Cherry, uh- Cherry Blossom Cherry Blossom Choice from 2024 Prizm.
Then they got a Gold Prizm Barry Sanders from 2020 Prizm, a green Sparkle Barry Sanders from 2022 Prizm, and they got a white Sparkle Barry Sanders from 2020 Prizm, plus a 1987, a, a 1997 Hoops High Voltage Kobe Bryant 500, numbered to 500- Yep in BGS 9 condition, plus $7,000 cash.
Yeah.
That's a haul.
Yeah.
Except for the fact they had to give up the 2000 Playoff Contenders Tom Brady auto- Yeah in authentic- Yep with an auto grade of 9.
Where w- and I know you got the Barry Sanders bias- but are you going to go that direction on this trade?
Give me the five every time, plus the cash.
Yes, I like that, a lot.
I think you could, go out and add with that $7,000 another different, Tom Brady rookie card.
The Contenders are important.
They're obviously very iconic, very important.
It's an authentic with the 9 auto, so that takes away from it a little bit in, in terms of the collective.
I mean, that's why the price point's lower.
but you know, I You got, you're giving me three Barry Sanders and a High Voltage 500 Kobe.
Like, give, those, there's no question here.
You could probably put this up against You could show me those five cards and offer me that Exquisite Jordan earlier, and I'd probably still be like, "Ah."
So I really like it.
And the Cherry Blossoms, when you just throw that in, if that was a Barry, I'd really like it.
Those are a bit polarizing.
Like, people either love them or hate them.
I kinda like them.
I don't like all, like, floral type designs and everything, but those things look super nice in hand.
They've got the scope pattern because they're from Choice.
I'm taking the five and the money on this one, for sure.
All right.
I, I am a hard disagree with you on this one.
I don't That, not, not surprised.
Hard, hard disagree.
Barry Sanders' cards after his playing days- Sure, people don't always like it they don't do a whole lot for me.
I get it.
He was also in Topps Chrome.
Yeah, he's g- you know, he could, he could have Prism cards for years to come.
That's true.
Granted, now they're gonna become unlicensed.
He'll probably have Topps Chrome cards for years to come.
I hope so.
So why does a 2020 or a 2022 Barry Sanders actually matter that much when he's probably got a whole bunch of different post playing days cards and all these different products from all these different years, many of which are probably still gonna be coming in the years ahead?
So to me, like, those cards aren't that exciting, and I'd say the same about Dennis Rodman.
Once again, we got a Dennis Rodman post playing days.
That's not that exciting to me.
Yeah.
I do love the Kobe.
I do love the Kobe, the 1997 Hoops High Voltage Kobe.
That is a sick card, really, really enjoy that card.
But the Brady, the Brady, the iconic 2000 Playoff Contenders Brady, you can't get more iconic than that.
So to me, that's the card.
You gotta go that direction.
What's crazy to me is you look at that Kobe High Voltage, and it's like the OG Kaboom.
The effect on those cards- Kind of is, yeah is amazing.
Yeah.
It's actually cooler than a Kaboom in my opinion when you see them in hand, and it's cheaper now- Mm-hmm than what Kobe Kabooms are, post playing days Kobe Kabooms, by the way.
So I get it, not, post playing days aren't for everybody, but, it's a gold and a white sparkle.
I need those.
I need that pair.
I gotta get on to Veriswap.
I knew you would.
All right, let's jump into this next one.
We got another five cards for a single card.
In this case, on one side of the trade, there is a Spectra Steph Curry numbered to 25, the Color Graph.
There's a 1996 Press Pass Kobe Bryant auto, kind of a rookie auto in a sense.
Yeah.
PSA 7.5, even though it's unlicensed.
Yep.
There's a 2012 Limited Monikers materials Kobe Bryant numbered to 99.
There's also a 2004 SP Game Used Authentic, Fabrics Authentic auto LeBron James.
That one's numbered to 100 in a PSA 7.
And there's a 2018 Topps Chrome Update Shohei Ohtani in a PSA 10.
But the other side is getting a 2005 Ultimate Collection Ultimate Signatures Michael Jordan PSA Authentic with an auto grade of nine, but the card was altered.
If you check in PSA's database, it's an authentic altered.
Oh.
So that, that, that, you know, creates a little, little interesting twist on this one.
What would you rather have?
The Jordan.
Okay.
Give me the Jordan.
and only because none of the cards on the five, side of five really, like, move the needle for me.
I think those Ohtanis are a little overheated at this point.
just none of the other ones really stand out to me.
If there was, like, if there was, like, one of those really cool, like, Spotlight Signature Noirs on the other side or so- even just one of them, like, really popped at me, like, "Oh, that's such a cool card," I'd probably swing the other direction for the flexibility.
But none of the five really speak to me.
You got a single color jersey piece on the LeBron and on the Kobe.
the Lower Merion photo of Kobe is pretty iconic, you know, from high school and with the auto, but, I'm gonna go with the Jordan on this one, even if it is altered.
Yeah, the altered throws me off a little bit.
And when I, when on the other side you consider I can get a jersey auto LeBron plus a jersey auto Kobe plus a Kobe high school jersey auto from his rookie year, I think I'm going that side.
I think I'm going that side.
You're going with the five?
I'm going with the five.
Okay.
I'm going with the five, T-Pot.
All right.
All right.
We disagree again.
Deal.
We disagree again.
This is how trades get done.
This is how trades get done.
This is how trades get done.
Okay, real quick, you can do cash deals on Veriswap, too.
Doesn't have to be a trade, a card for card.
You can trade a card for cash.
Three cards that I bought, eh, with some assistance from my son Reeves, on the Veriswap platform over the past month, I'm gonna name all three, and you tell me which of these three buys you like the most.
Okay.
I traded $4,700 cash for a 2025 Bijan Robinson Kaboom Gold in PSA 9.
I traded $3,000 cash for a 2021 Donruss Optic Dak Prescott Black Pandora, that one's numbered to 25- Yep in a PSA 10.
Yep, Downtown.
Downtown.
And I traded $2,800 cash for a T.J. Watt Downtown Gold numbered to 10 in a PSA 7.
Of those three buys, which do you like the most?
I gotta go with the Gold Bijan.
Yep.
I gotta go with that one.
I think he's the type of player that he's already really good.
He's really good.
If Atlanta, in a, in a division that seems open year to year, has some success, you gotta think he's gonna be a big part of it.
He's also the type of guy that he's had really good seasons, but if, if he had a, like, Christian McCaffrey, Saquon Barkley type season, it wouldn't surprise either of us, I don't think.
Like, it's, right now it's, like, him and Jahmyr Gibbs that everybody's like, "Who's better?
Who's better?"
And he's a really special talent.
so I like that one, and I like the staying power of the Gold Kabooms a little more than the Downtowns.
T.J. Watt's a guy that I was talking to Parker about this, I'm like, "I feel like nobody talks about him."
He is having a Hall of Fame career.
He's an incredible edge rusher.
And if you stack him up in the conversation of other guys, you got him, Myles Garrett, Micah Parsons, and, like, Nick Bosa, nobody talks about T.J. Watt, and it's really odd.
This is a really cool color match card with the Gold Downtown with the Steelers jersey.
I always have envy when there's Steelers and Packers cards that are gold 'cause of the color match effect on top of it.
But that would be the second one on the list.
And then the third one, I wanna love those Black Pandora Downtowns.
You just can't ever tell that they're Black Pandora.
Like, the effect doesn't come through on them.
So that one, plus I'm not a Cowboys fan, although I, I do think Dak's way better than most people give him credit for.
I'm gonna go with the Bijan.
Well, I'm a Falcons homer, so the Bijan was my favorite of the three buys as well.
Although, I think the Dak one's sneaky in that if the Cowboys can finally have the season that people have thought maybe they were capable of for years, then maybe Dak's got some upside- Yeah in this market.
Yeah.
And it's a PSA 10- Yeah which is a sharp grade for that card.
Yeah.
So I think the Dak's sneaky from an upside perspective.
Yeah.
But the Bijan's my favorite card.
If the Knicks just won an NBA championship- You never know maybe there's hope for the Cowboys- You never know fans, too.
You never know.
Okay, two final trades, T-Pot, before we wrap the show.
These are both ones that I did on Veriswap.
so on one side of this trade, a TreVeyon Henderson- Gold Phoenix rookie card auto number to 10. we also had a, a Bo Nix 2023 Bowman U Best college card numbered to 50 auto in a PSA 9.
And Jaden Baugh, first Bowman refractor auto Florida Gator legend.
Teapot, Jaden Baugh gearing up for a great season this fall.
Traded, traded for a 2018 Select Josh Allen rookie on card auto, authentic grade on the auto.
Where would you rather be on this?
I just got a push notification, Jaden Baugh's hit the transfer portal- Oh, yeah, right on his way out.
What do you think of this move?
Yeah, right.
I, we, I remember this one.
I think you traded for the Allen last month.
So I'm guessing- I did that was outbound here.
I did.
I traded for the Allen last month.
And you got the three.
Turned around and flipped it here.
Yep.
I, I think the Allen's interesting.
You don't see on card autos on that one every time.
I think we talked about the, the auto kinda fades into the card a little bit.
like, you know, so, y- give me the three.
Okay.
Give me the three on this one.
Oh, wow.
We got, we got- Give me the three on this one we got Teaspo- Teapot on team Florida Gator.
And, yeah, and then I would trade you the Gator.
You know, I would trade you the Gator.
Then you trade me the Gator.
Yeah.
You see, that would be the smart move.
Yeah, that would be how to do it.
That, that really did it for me.
The, the person who traded me this on Veriswap, they tossed in the Jaden Baugh.
I'm a sucker for Gator cards.
I'm like, "All right."
There you go.
"All right, I need a Jaden Baugh auto.
Let's get this trade deal done."
One final trade deal, Teapot.
On one side of this trade, a 2017 Donruss Patrick Mahomes, I'm talking your language here.
PSA 7 rated rookie, plus a Matt Ryan rookie patch auto from SP numbered to 499, rookie authentic.
Plus $20 in cash.
But on the other side, a 2008 Topps Chrome Tracy McGrady orange refractor in a PSA 10.
What side of this were you on?
I like both sides of this trade.
having that Donruss paper in a 7 is a little, like, w- I just That is a collect- That would be like a collector item, you know, more than like a big time staying power in that grade.
you can get those, you can get optix, you know, similar design obviously.
The Matt Ryan's cool.
that's, that's a cool looking card.
I like it.
You got the kinda almost like three color with the stitching in there.
And, but I am a major sucker for 2008 Topps Chrome and the photography in it and the design.
You and I have talked about this, like, the oranges aren't my favorite- Yeah unless they match an orange jersey team.
Mm-hmm.
which you're not, you know, really getting in the, in the NBA too much.
so, but I still really like this one.
I love that photo of T-Mac.
He was such an electric player.
It's a good photo.
It's a good photo and card.
I like that he's still on the podcast circuit and, and on, you know, NBA halftime shows and things.
So I'm gonna go with the 2008, and it's in a 10.
I think that's a super liquid awesome card.
All right.
Well, Teapot thinks I lost that car, lost that trade.
'Cause I got the Mahomes and I got the Matt Ryan.
Of course, being an Atlanta guy, I wanted the Matt Ryan for Atlanta, had to give up the Tracy McGrady.
What do you think?
Do you think I lost the trade?
