The Lions take the field at Ford Field for the 2nd preseason game against the Washington Commanders, who are some players to watch?

A handful of players are certainly going to need to perform and play at a high level, and especially with the backup quarterback job still open, I wanna see how Luke Altmeyer and Josh Dobbs perform.
Dobbs, the veteran who has familiarity with Drew Petzing.
is expected to start, but Luke Altmeyer is going to play well .
Look for both quarterbacks to have probably a half each to execute and perform out there at Ford Field.
I also wanna see how the center battle starts to continue to shake out when you have Drew Scruggs returning back, continuing to acclimate from an injury.
You have Seth McLaughlin, who steps up and takes that position.
Uh, with Sam LaPorta being injured, you don't expect him to suit up.
How does Tyler Conklin look?
In a position where maybe he moves up to one of the top spots at the tight end spot.
Roger McCreary, a cornerback that is battling for a spot at the nickel position, has seen more reps go to, uh, players, younger players, including rookie Keith Abney, Christian Izzian, a free agent.
So McCreary needs to do a little bit more to secure a spot on the.
Roster.
Uh, uh, a player that has started to make noise, undrafted free agent Eric O'Neal, is starting to catch the attention of the coaching staff, including special teams coordinator, Dave Phipp.
Derrick Moore returned to practice this week and really had himself a solid performance and had a standout performance at training camp.
So a player that was out for Couple of weeks with a groin injury starting to showcase and a player that many people want to see continue his growth and development, a spark plug, Ahmed Hassanin.
Many people want to see, can he follow up his two-sack performance in a home game in front of the home crowd.
