Like he was intent on being efficient, you know?
Like, he, he didn't allow four or five of his last two starts.
Yeah.
Do, do you feel like that was kind of the name of the game?
Yeah, I mean, well, I think he settled in great after a four spot, and he knew he could pound the strike zone.
And, and he kept his edge, and he, and he kept his intent at a really high level.
You know, he holds himself to such a high bar.
And he was very pitch efficient, and, and he went into attack mode.
He had, he had some, some cushion where he felt like he could go after them, and, I thought he executed much better this time around.
Torkelson tonight, what made his at-bats so effective?
I mean, you know, he didn't wait around very long to, to get some good pitches to hit, and he did damage.
You know, and I, and I really I mean, I'm impressed by the first one because of the, the knockout punch that it gives when, you know, you, you get out, we score a quick run, and we don't let them off the hook.
And four's a lot different than one, you know?
And he delivered a big blow in the first inning and got us off to a, to an incredible start.
And then, you know, again, at, at 6-nothing you feel very comfortable, but he hits attack on run, runs Ding off a pop up at home.
I mean, he was bouncing all over the field tonight and, and it was nice to see him have a productive night.
