Diamondbacks' Merrill Kelly accuses Cubs of stealing pitching signs
Diamondbacks pitcher Merrill Kelly expressed his displeasure at the Chicago Cubs for what he felt was them stealing signs for his pitches.

Better.
You know, obviously a step in the right direction.
From where I've been the past month, I felt like everything was a lot sharper.
Location was better.
Definitely, like I said, definitely a step in the right direction.
Do you feel like the second inning was kind of a big hurdle to get over?
Yeah, I mean, anytime you got bases loaded against a team like that, it's definitely a hurdle to get out of.
You know, he got a good swing on that ball.
Luckily, we play Chase Field and, you know, he just hit it the wrong, wrong part of the ballpark.
What was happening with third base coach?
We just thought he was relaying signs.
We thought he had, something on my changeup.
We thought he was giving, especially the lefties, every time I was throwing a changeup, we felt like he was, relaying that.
Is that something that you've experienced before?
I mean, you know, that's, stealing signs is as old as baseball.
I think it's a little when it comes from the coach.
You know, I think, you know, if it's a guy on second base and they see the grip in your glove or if the hitters can see something that you're doing with your glove, you know, I think that's fair game.
I think guys have been doing that since the beginning of baseball.
I think it's a little bush league when it comes from outside that.
I think inside the lines is one thing.
I think the guys that are standing outside the lines, I think it's a little, I think it's a little bush league.
