Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Michael Soroka felt shoulder pain Saturday. Aug. 22. and went on the injured list. He spoke about the injury on Aug. 24.

There's exactly one area.
I think, again, there's always little things that arise throughout the course of a season, and, you know, you get, you get through and sometimes things goes away-- go away, sometimes they don't.
And, I think, the other night was just kinda that, that line that got crossed where I think we just wanted to take a look and see, see how we can get through this for the rest of the season.
I think there's, you know, there's only a few starts left, at this point, and obviously, we're pushing for, for every game to, to be in the playoffs.
So, you know, I, I think initially the, the hope was that we could catch something pretty early and not miss start.
But, I think this gives us a very, very good chance to be able to come back in, in exactly two weeks and be as good as I can be and as fresh as I was, to start camp.
