Does Alabama Have A Wide Receiver Problem?
Ryan Roberts and Joe Deleone of The Best Pod Available break down the latest in the Alabama Crimson Tide's wide receiver room. The position has usually been a strength of the Tide in the past but this year with Ryan Coleman-Williams regression last season, there are some real questions at the position.

Brian Coleman Williams has become a very divisive player because- Yeah the first half of his freshman year is not exactly what we've seen the last year and a half consistently, which is a, a troubling thing 'cause his, for whatever reason, man, like he is just at times seem to forget how to catch the football.
Like, his ball skills have really suffered at times.
I mean, his ca- his drop rate was alarmingly high last year.
So you're not depending on him to be your superstar, I don't think, going into 2026, but you're hopeful that he can get back to that type of player.
Because if he can, obviously that pushes the entire ce- ceiling upside of that room to a very high level.
But I think you bring in a Noah Rogers because it's more of like a baseline free agency signing to a degree, right, in terms of like that transfer portal acquisition.
He's a guy that is not flashy, former hi- highly ranked kid though that's been pretty good when he's been healthy the last couple years.
But you're bringing him in to strengthen the floor of that room.
You have the Lotzerre Brooks kid, who I think is a tremendous athlete who's flashed a ton.
I know that you have the Rico Scott kid that I think that people around Tuscaloosa are pretty high on.
And then you can't forget about Cedarian Morgan- Yeah who's a true five-star freshman wide receiver who's like 6'4", 215 pounds, 220 pounds already.
