Who does knockout round favor to win World Cup?
As the World Cup Round of 32 gets underway, Vaughn Dalzell and Drew Dinsick look at who the odds favor between France, Argentina, Spain and England to take home the trophy.

France and Argentina was the World Cup final in 2022, and I think the best bet on the board this year, Drew, is taking either of those two to win the World Cup at plus 160 because I really can't pick between the two.
France is the favorite at plus 350.
Argentina down from 10 to one or 11 to one at four to one right now.
Do you like either of the favorites?
Are you looking at someone else like Spain, Brazil, or England?
Yeah, so my, fortunes lie with Argentina for this World Cup, and they were the humongous beneficiaries of the way that the draw broke for the knockout rounds.
There are four quarters of the draw, and the softest section by far is Argentina.
the most difficult team they're likely going to have to defeat to get to the semifinals is Colombia.
they have beaten Colombia many times in this cycle in qualifying.
They will beat them again on their way to a semifinal in Atlanta.
in that semifinal, they will likely draw an England team who has come through Mexico City playing Mexico, Miami playing Brazil possibly, and you could have an absolutely gassed Engli- England squad against Argentina there in the bottom half of the draw.
That is my hope.
I think Argentina punches their ticket to the final, and then who comes out on the top is a wild wide open question in my mind.
I know the market loves France.

they were amazing in, in the group stage.
I thought they were probably the top performing team of all the teams we saw.
but going through Germany and then potentially the Netherlands or Morocco, and then Spain or Portugal before even getting to a final, is a absolutely murderer's row.
So France has their work cut out for them.
I could not support them at price.
I'm a little surprised Spain has drifted as far as they have.
if you made me make a bet right now, it would probably be Spain seven to one.
