Jackson Dart is one of my biggest rankings risers.
He showed flashes of major fantasy upside as a rookie, and this year, both his weapons and his offensive line should be much improved.
Dart is a major breakout candidate who has top 5 potential among fantasy quarterbacks.
Bayal Tutin's fantasy value is also on the rise, with Chris Rodriguez missing OTAs coming off foot surgery, he appears to have the inside track on the top spot on the Jaguars.
Depth chart.
Tutan has RB2 upside and what should remain a productive Jaguars offense.
Next up is Chuba Hubbard.
His stock has certainly moved up with Rico O'Donnell now in Pittsburgh.
Hubbard's back atop the depth chart in Carolina.
And remember, Jonathan Brooks is a major question mark coming off his 2nd knee surgery.
Luther Burton's value is also on the rise with DJ Moore now in Buffalo.
Burden should see a bigger role.
In the Bears' passing game in his 2nd NFL season.
Heck, even his head coach, Ben Johnson said he's buying burden stock.
Fantasy fans should do the same.
And finally, I like Christian Watson to post a breakout season in Green Bay.
With Romeo Dobbs and Jontavian Wicks gone, and after signing a 4-year extension, Watson should be a big part of the Packers' passing game.
And if he can avoid injuries, Watson should have a career season.
