What do you think the biggest key was for the Flyers to, to ultimately take this win over Pittsburgh?
And then how do you think they're gonna fare against the Hurricanes?
Well, I think Fladar was the biggest key for them.
he, you know, had a really, really good series, and he battled an upper body injury.
I think it was a hand injury that a lot of people thought that, you know, when they were up three-nothing, they might go to Sam Ersson for a game because, Fladar was, you know, maybe hampered by the injury.
But he fought through it, and I mean, I, I'm sure the young Flyers were starting to be a little panicked because you saw the look on Sidney Crosby's face after game five.
It was that look of death, that winner look that we always see from Sidney Crosby.
But yesterday was sort of chess on ice, and it was a zero-zero game, and both goaltenders played great.
But Fladar made the, I think, a number of saves that kept them, kept the ga- the game, even, and then York scores the goal.
As for how the Flyers will do against Carolina, Carolina suffocated Ottawa, which had, I thought, a better offense than Philadelphia.
Now nothing, you know, they, they play in the same division.
They're very aware of each other, but I mean, obviously I think Carolina's gotta be favored, and I would be surprised if it any, goes any further than six games.
So I would, I would say Carolina would be f- heavily favored in that series.
