They were playing at the Tokyo Dome.

All right.

Ian Rapoport reports that both George Kittle and Nick Bosa are likely getting on the plane.

They are likely getting on the plane, and they are going to Australia to play week one against the Rams.

That game, next Friday.

Bosa says after getting on the practice field today that it went well.

He's confident that he will play week number one.

Now, Bosa's coming back from a torn ACL.

He's had this injury multiple times.

It happened last September.

Kittle is coming back, hi, Greg Rosenthal, again, from a torn Achilles.

That happened in January in the post-season.

We've been tracking these injuries now for months.

Are they gonna play?

Does the trip matter?

Does the 16 hours in the air each way- actually matter?

Whether they are the players that they previously were is the bigger question to me because Nick Bosa practiced for the first time today.

Like, he had the injury almost 12 months ago.

He admitted to reporters, as confident as he was in playing in this game and that today's practice gave him a boost, that he worked his knee too hard because of the patella tendon a month ago, and then the doctors told him to back off.

So one day of practice is not convincing to me.

And the fact that George Kittle is going to be on the field, that that's his expectation, does not mean we see the George Kittle of old.

A lot of times we get so excited about these injury recoveries, Andrew, but it takes sometimes an entire season, half a season, until we see them as the stars that they used to be.

The 49ers will be there long enough for these injuries to magically heal if they bring Mr. Miyagi.

They have a full week on the ground in Australia- before the Rams even take off.

The Rams are leaving next Tuesday- to go to Australia.

Greg Rosenthal, star of NFL Daily, back with us shortly.

Meantime, the rest of this block-
