Hear from reigning In-Season Challenge winner Ty Gibbs after the No. 54 Joe Gibbs Racing driver topped the charts to win the Cup pole at Sonoma.

You told your crew chief, Tyler Allen, immediately after that first run, "I need to go again because there's more out there."

Where did you know you had more in the 54 car?

Yeah, you know, the reruns are kind of just super weird here.

Sometimes you can go a lot faster, sometimes you don't.

So I feel like I just had some more speed out there.
