Can he shut the door?

Yes, he can.

Bowman leads him into the first corner.

And is Wiles gonna be able to close it off from Dallas?

Dallas actually taking the shot up the inside of Briar, not gonna be able to finish it, so Dallas does slot ahead of Wiles.

Briar leads him over the jump.

Dallas Daniels in second, Henry Wiles is in third.

Into the right-hander.

Kopp is already in fourth from starting 11th.

That's what he needed to do.

He could not waste any time.

He needs to get by Henry Wiles going into turn one here to get to the backside of Dallas Daniels if he wants to go for this win.

Dallas sneaks a peak up the inside.

Briar trying to shut the door.

Very tough place to pass, Scotty.

You have to commit so hard to going too wide up that jump.

But what he did do is show the wheel.

He know, now Briar definitely knows that the one bike is close.

And Briar, he's coming in a lot shallower.

He could go wider, so Dallas is gonna slot up under him.

Is he gonna get the drive here?

They both get sideways coming off that final corner.

Briar Bowman leads them.

Here comes the one.

And Dallas is able to open up his entry, able to square it up.

This is gonna be it.

He's gonna go for the pass right here.

He got a little bit too sideways right in the middle of that final corner, and he goes back into second.

You see how much emphasis Briar's having to put on those shifts to get it through the gears.

Dallas Daniels has never won here in the premier class.

He's applying the pressure on the one bike.

Here comes Daniels.

And you know it's gonna happen eventually.

Dallas is gonna try something.

Could it be right here?

Is he gonna take a run up the inside of the jump?

Not yet.

The three knows he's there.

Note, he can definitely feel him on that back tire.

So much time left, too, Scotty.

These guys can look at the clock down the front straightaway and see they still have six and a half minutes.

Dallas up the inside.

Here he comes.

He makes the pass in the middle of the corner, but he goes wide.

Briar repays the pass coming off of turn number five.

And Dallas is gonna go try right back by, this time into turn one.

They're exchanging the lead.

They've done it a couple times now in this s- this one lap.

Briar goes wide.

Here comes Dallas.

Briar had to get a turn there to get in front of Dallas.

Dallas gets on the ground faster than the three bike.

This is gonna be a chippy one here, Scotty, between these two.

This is such big championship implications.

Briar again wide.

Dallas up the inside.

Briar sees him out of the side of his head.

Here they come off the final corner.

Briar by about a half a bike length.

The one is there.

The one swings up the inside.

Briar again tries to go around the outside.

Is he gonna square it up?

Yes, he's gonna try to turn under him.

He has to do this.

He cannot allow Dallas to get too far ahead.

Inches apart.

Here they come up the jump.

Briar lets off, gets back in line.

Now Briar, he's gonna have to adapt so fast to get by of Dallas.

Now Briar can sit in the catbird spot, see what's going on in front of him.

Dallas up and over the jump.

Briar gets on the ground faster.

Here they come, a couple of lappers just ahead.

It's the 49 of Kose and the 80 of King.

So that's- Kose, Kose gets out of the way.

Yeah, these guys are having to think about these lappers just a little bit, just hoping that they are gonna get out of the way.

So Kose gets out of the way for him.

He goes down, and King is up next.

That's Cole King.

He'll be next to go a lap down.

He's right close- Kose- gonna go off the jump.

Yeah, Kose gonna be in a tough spot here.

He's gonna bound these two up.

Yeah, he's gonna bind them up really bad.

He's gonna get out of the way right here, I believe, and here comes the three bike.

Briar- Up the inside.

He's gonna take a shot.

Briar's right there.

Next up to go a lap down will be the 24 of Hunter Bauer.

Hunter's in eighth right now.

It's between these two, unless they take each other out.

Fisher's eight, ni- almost nine seconds back.

Here comes Briar up the inside, going up the jump.

I think Briar's waiting.

Oh, man.

He had his hands full right there coming down the hill.

Opening up.

Here it could be, Scotty.

Not yet sizing it up.

I do think he's gonna have to get Dallas to just mess up a little bit to make it happen.

So the clock's not gonna expire.

We're gonna have three laps to go here in Peoria.

He's on the back tire going up the jump.

Here comes Briar Bowman.

Said this is a must win.

Does he have anything going into this final corner this time?

Up the inside, the three taking a look, and he gets back in line.

Onto the front straightaway.

The white flag's gonna fly this time by for Dallas Daniels.

One lap to go.

Briar is there.

Briar gonna have one more shot at it into this final corner.

Dallas bobbles just a little bit there.

Briar's gonna close up.

Right, one, nose-to-tail over the jump.

Over the jump.

Now the right-hander.

Watch them through the bumps.

A little smoke right there maybe.

Here they come.

Briar up the inside.

No, he gets back in line.

It'll be a drag race off of turn number four.

Dallas has never won here before in the premier class.

That is gonna go away.

Dallas Daniels wins Peoria.

Light turns green, it's Maxwell from the third starting spot, but from the inside, Drain grabs the hole shot.

A little bit of contact going deeper in the field, but it is Chase Sadoff trying to get around Maxwell.

He needs to do it right now to get on the backside of Tom Drain.

He will, so it's gonna be Tom Drain and Chase Sadoff, one and two in the points.

Everybody over the jump safely.

It is Drain out in front, Sadoff in second.

Here comes Max- oh!

Oh.

Sadoff up out of the saddle, almost goes down.

He saves it, but he goes back to fourth.

Yeah, Sadoff hit those bumps and popped out of the saddle, lost the bars for just a second.

And now he's, he's already back up to third.

He gets back by Santaro in a heartbeat.

That puts Maxwell back into second.

It's the Australians one and two.

Drain will lead them over the jump, Maxwell in second, Sadoff is back to third.

Sadoff already in such a tough position now.

He's gonna have to ride so hard a second back from Tom Drain.

He has to push so hard, get by Maxwell instantly.

Santaro back there in fourth.

Brunners in fifth.

Tadman up there in sixth, and Jakes in his rookie debut is in seventh.

Here they come.

Halfway flags are out.

The championship is on the line for the one and the 88.

Sadoff needs to get by the 18 bike as soon as he can.

There's Kelleher, the Sturgis Super TT winner, he's stuck in ninth right now in all the traffic.

Jared Logans up the inside.

He gets by the 63 as now the leaders are in some lap traffic.

Look at this three-way battle.

Kelleher's trying to get on the backside of it right now.

The lapper's gonna be a little bit He luckily moves out of the way, so they're not gonna be forced with that issue.

Into the final corner, takes another look over his shoulder.

He'll see the white flag.

The championship one lap away for the one rider.

Tom Drain, one more lap to do it.

Now the emotions are starting to fill in, Scotty.

He's definitely starting to feel it in the body, especially with taking those looks over his shoulder.

Keep it on two wheels, he should be okay.

Wales still holding onto second.

Sadoff is in third.

Kind of a victory lap right here for the one.

He doesn't jump very far.

He doesn't need to.

He's on cruise control right now.

He downshifts into the final corner.

He won here last year.

He went on to win the championship.

He leads off the final corner.

Tom Drain wins Peoria and wins the 2026 Kicker AMV Singles Championship.
