We open rolling into turns one and two and back to the back straightaway.
Justin Grant going to have the advantage in 87 here in the opening lap.
Challenged for the second spot.
Driver coming out on top of that one will be the RMS number 4.
Uphill, great, so first and second remain just that.
Now challenged for third, here comes Kevin Thomas Jr., no surprise.
Working the bottom side of the speedway, takes over the show position here, and we got one car starting to sound a little weak out there.

You could hear the engine start to lay down as he worked into turns one and two.
Problems beneath the bonnet for the Nos Energy number 87.

Uphill turning, going in, protecting the bottom.
Now he'll let the car slide out.
Kevin Thomas Jr., Kaluf down to the hub of the racetrack here as they work into turns three and four.
See if he takes that line again.
Yes, he does, right to the exit to number four.
Now he can let the car swing out a little bit behind him.
We got teammates starting to duke it out here, battling it out for the fourth spot.
Gavin Miller, Jacob Denny in the hunt onto the back straightaway.

Again, protecting the bottom, keep an eye on the 97 of Gavin Miller.
He'll try to squeeze up into the third spot.
Gets around to the inside, going to force the hand of the 54 onto the front straightaway, going to make him work the top side.
Has a challenge here to number 97, they'll fight for third.
Now Reiman going to try to follow him and see if he can pick up another spot.
Boxell back to fourth.
They work into turns at three and four.
Still laps in the tank to try to make something happen here as they work around to the front straightaway.
They want to open up that line now and go wide at the exit to number four, see if he can build some momentum here.
Reiman down to the bottom, going to work on Boxell.
That'll be a fight for the fourth spot as they work into turns three and four.
Able to get down and get the advance here onto the front stretch, holds onto it.

The 19 of Nate Reiman started sixth, now he's got problems on the front straightaway.

Looking for his second win of the season here in National Midget Competition, his sixth in overall competition.
Trouble in the center as he starts getting backed in away.
A couple of drivers going up top at turns one and two, not paying off for him though.
Again, around the bottom goes the 14.
He'll go to swing out and grab that cushion at the exit to number four.
Bottom side of one and two has not given up the game here.
The top of three and four is starting to move around.
You see drivers able to kind of move up and again, where it lips up right there, they're able to go up, and set the right rear, get his front up and just launch onto the front straightaway.
Coming up on a solo car, Kevin Thomas not quite sure where to go at the exit to number two.
Now going to have to go to the high line through turns three and four.
