I think that having Hoover being able to be calmed down a little bit into an offense that is very RPO dependent allows for him to have a lot of predetermined decisions, is going to clean up his game to the point where he does hit at that projection of being a first rounder, does end up being a top 10 quarterback in the country.
It's all there.
He's pretty creative in the pocket.
He's got a pretty whippy arm despite not being a super big quarterback prospect.
Hoover is the catalyst here because if Hoover is- Yeah what he was at TCU last year, this team's probably 10 and two, nine and three because of some brutal mistakes that cost him.
If he hits and he's that next first round quarterback in a lineage that is just gonna turn into Oregon, an Oregon-esque situation, then this Indiana team I think is ma- gonna make a Final Four
