John Harbaugh, by the way, finalized over the weekend.
That took a couple of days.
That was a little tug-of-war there.

There was a little... You know, he's got the direct report to ownership, right?
He and we talked about this last week.
Organizational power struggle.
Hey, he's 63.
He went 33-18 over the last 3 years and got fired for it.
The Giants have gone 13-38, and they didn't change general managers.

He, first off, yeah, he's going into organization, too, that's got a lot of people in charge of different departments.
Everything there, and I'm sure he wants some guys to go.

I need somebody here of my own doing that I can trust a little in this dept.

So I totally get that aspect from Harbaugh.
I'm just generally concerned that they got caught up in some of these contractual niceties.
'Cause at the end of the day, let's work, and let's get along.
And you never want to get to a point where you're pulling out contracts.
You're saying, "According to Article 7, Paragraph 3," Section 2.15.
"Yeah...
I have control over this decision."
Right.
Right.
Like, dysfunctional teams do that.
Yeah.
Properly functional teams work together in collaboration.
