I know the pitch count was up early on, but ultimately you were able to get through six.

Just how do you kind of view it for yourself?

Yeah.

I think similar to the last outing, where I kind of got beat early, right out the gates, and, just had to choose to mentally g- you know, get through it strong, and, just going six innings for the team.

I think the bats won us today.

They did such a great job of coming, coming back and giving us the lead.

Then, just taking some pressure off me after, you know, giving, giving up two home runs early.

So I think they helped me a lot.

The slider, I know, you gave up a lead-off homer with it, but, I think all your strikeouts came on the slider.

Do you feel like today was one of your better ones that you've thrown?

Or how did you kind of feel about the pitch today?

Yeah.

honestly, I felt like I didn't have the wipeout slider today.

I just think the wheel separation in it's big enough to help me, get swings and misses.

So, you know, the first couple innings I just felt like I had nothing out there for whatever reason.

So I think, to dig deep and, you know, have the fastball play up, later in the game helped a lot.

What was it like to see Bolte, have that power display today with the two homers and, uh- Yeah back-to-back innings like that?

Yeah, I think we've been kind of joking about getting the ball up in the air, so for him to do that today was really awesome.

He's got electric tools.

So I think overall, Ellica hit a home run, too, so I think just overall the bats did a really good job.
