Julio Rodriguez Makes Personal History on Multiple Fronts in Latest Mariners Win
The M's moved back to .500 with a 7-6 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Friday night.

Well, it was closer than it should have been on Friday night at T-Mobile Park, but the Mariners ultimately walk out with a 7-6 victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks, again, pulling to .500 on the season, 29-29.
The M's will look to get above .500 on Saturday for the first time since March 30th.
There were several heroes in this one.
How about J.P. Crawford with two home runs?
Cooper Criswell threw a scoreless 10th.
We saw Gabe Speier come back and strike out Corbin Carroll, but Julio Rodriguez also had a big night as well.
Three hits for Julio.
He made some personal history, some kind of baseball metric-based history at first, right?
The third hardest hit home run of his career at 113 miles an hour plus.
The lowest launch angle of any home run in his career, 16 degrees.
But he also hit his ninth home run of the month of May, and that is the most home runs he's ever had in a single month in his career.
A three-time All-Star already, Rodriguez is out to the best two-month start of his career.
He's hitting over .260, 11 home runs, 29 RBIs, and again, the Mariners are back at .500 at 29-29, and they are in first place in the American League West.
The M's will play the Diamondbacks at 7-10 Pacific Time on Saturday, Brian Wu against Ryan Nelson.
