Like How important is it that multiple guys are able to play multiple positions with different groups, group one group, 2 group, 3 group, but it's mixing and matching different guys?

Yeah, the guys that like aren't an established guy, which is probably 90% of the team, um, in order for them to make the roster , they're special teams and play in multiple positions, receivers that can play all three, fullbacks that can play tight end and vice versa, DBs that can play corner, nickel and safety.

Um, so that's how you make the roster in the NFL.

How, how impressed have you been with Max Crosby and explosive out there even after the time he's been rehabbing?

Yeah, I think he's just to be expected.

That's, that's who he is.

I know when we line up there in the team period.

He, he can just ruin a play at any moment, you know, a good way for the Raiders.

So, um, it's not just installing plays, it's, you're also installing plays and, oh, by the way, where's Max?

Those are things normally you think about in a game plan situation.

Sometimes you got game plan practice just to get the playoffs.

You talked, you just talked about game planning going up against this defense for 3 days now.

Just how difficult is it going to be with how versatile they are for opposing offensive coordinators to game plan against you all?

Yeah, I think for Rob building a foundation.

Uh, we have, you know, a lot of players, especially DBs that are playing multiple positions, and, uh, we have a system to learn.

So he's got a lot of teaching to do and just like the offense, he's got to keep stacking bases.

competition with every position.

We've kind of seen that play out so far during training camp.

In terms of intensity and how everybody's pushing one another, uh, anytime that a guy knows that his spot's in jeopardy, there's no one's comfortable.

So that's, that's great for coaches, for players to not be comfortable.

The NFL does a really good job of making sure, you know, that's a reality.

So, um, you know, that's.

When our when our team can be competitive at all positions and you know, our roster, our young roster can push the veterans and we're gonna keep you better.
