What does pushing each other and holding each other accountable look like for you guys in that room?
Yeah, um, I think for us, you know, we just want to be.
You know, as a group we just want to be.
Really good on the field and what that means is like doing our part, you know, because like we, we, we can't go out there and not block and then expect to, you know, catch a touchdown.
It just doesn't work like that.
So, you know, it's just the little things for us, you know, making sure that everyone goes out there first and foremost, they know what to do because that's the most important thing.
You can't play fast if you don't, um, and then just doing your job it's that simple, you know, when that that happens, good things come to you.
Kind of personality is he uh to the point?
Uh Man, Kurt is, he's contagious, you know, he's.
He's like old head dad but like has a joke for every second of the day, you know.
And I, I'm really appreciating my time working with him, you know, it's making me better and, you know, just the way he sees football, you know, very bright IQ, um, and that, that was a great addition for us to add him, you know, for all of us to learn from him because, um, it's, it's gonna make us all better and what he knows and, you know, what he's been through and how well he's played over all the years that he has been playing, uh, it's gonna really help us.
How, what does that mean to the locker room where he's not coming inspecting things handed to him, but he's coming and trying to earn him his respect.
That's the culture, you know, that's the culture that we're building, you know, anybody that comes to the Raiders, you know, it's, it all has to be earned no matter who you are, where you come from, if you're here, if you're not here, uh, we want everybody to come and, you know, feel that they have to, you know, earn everything they do because at the end of the day, that's, that's how life works.
