Of course, the award is given to the most outstanding player as voted on by their fellow players.

So McDavid, of course, four-time recipient of the award, and Kucherov has won it twice.

Celebrini is gonna be looking to bring home his first here if, if he, does win it.

So Mike, obviously, this is ultimately voted on by the players.

We have no say in this, but who do you think, in your opinion, is deserving of the award this season?

I mean, they're all deserving, but, McDavid and s- and Kucherov are likely gonna be in the Hart Trophy, finalists, and I'm not sure about, sure about Celebrini 'cause I think he would've had to have gotten San Jose into the playoffs for, for him to have been in the Hart mix.

I mean, I'll, I'll just say this.

Kucherov is a phenomenal player, but I don't think he's well-loved in the league, even though he's won this award twice, just 'cause of his sort of caustic personality.

And McDavid, I mean, McDavid had a great year, but it's sort of been there, done that.

He's a great player.

He, you expect that out of him.

Celebrini almost got a team that was one of the worst teams in the league into the playoffs.

So if it was me, if I was a player, well, first I'd be making a lot more money, but, I'll say, it would be Celebrini that would get my vote.
