Because Dan Muse and the Pittsburgh Penguins are doing some pretty remarkable things with where they are.

They were a team we thought could be in the McKenna conversation when McKenna was the, number one overall pick, decidedly, which has also changed potentially.

or Jon Cooper, who is just continuing to be a dominant coaching force, but has done something really special again with this Tampa team.

What do we think, Ryan?

I'm gonna go with Jon Cooper, and yeah, Dan Muse has done a fantastic job.

it, it certainly helps that Crosby and Malkin, uh- Yeah ... have been playing like it's 10 years ago.

but I mean, Jon Cooper, like he deserves Jack Adams love, you know?

Yeah.

It's like I feel he always gets lost in the shuffle- Yeah ... because we just see Tampa Bay as a juggernaut, but there's a reason it works.

Yeah.

Right?

And, and part of it is the m- the man behind the bench, and considering all the injuries they've had this year, I feel this should be Jon Cooper's year.

It doesn't f- it, it kind of feels like there should be like a lifetime achievement Jack Adams Award for Jon Cooper.

Yes.

Sure.

And, you know, I, I think, you know, Ryan, you make a lot of good points.

Like the guy has not won a Jack Adams, and he's been arguably the best coach for, you know, ever since he- For a really long time ... landed in Tampa.

Yeah.

Similar to Mike Babcock, where during his reign in Detroit, and reign of terror some might say- ... but reign of success, he never won there, and Cooper's been left off, and I think this year with all the injuries, you know, it's a perfect time to give Coop his, flowers.
