Let's go to the NFC.

In this NFC playoff race right now, one thing that has your attention, Coach, is what?

Well, to me, it's the NFC West.

And I think the best team, uh, in, in probably football is going to come out of there.

And is it gonna be the Rams, is it gonna be Seattle, or even San Francisco?

Whoever wins that division is gonna be battle-tested.

They're gonna be ready, they'll have a good defense and a quarterback playing Good football.

So, uh, I want to see how this race turns out.

And I'm very, very impressed with the West right now.

Yeah, I'm the same way with the NFC North coach.

I mean, both these teams will be battle-tested, the Bears and the Packers.

And just looking at the Packers and what they are both now, Are you throwing the Lions out?

Well, Im talking about winning the division.

Well, that's what I'm asking.

You're saying the Lions are done to win.

Oh, OK. Well, to win the division, its up to me It's either gonna be the Bears or Packers.

I think the Bears are gonna go back home.

I think the Bears will play better and beat the Packers at home.

But you know, you're the one who told me, hey, I'm picking the Packers as, You know.

As my division winner, I said I'd go With the Bears, but to me, I've just been so impressed with Christian Watson and what he, Uh, his impact that he's made in the passing game.

They're finally feeding Josh Jacobs the ball and that defense, Coach.

You keep telling me about that defense and Just the speed and athleticism of linebacker.

They are really good, and you're right, coach.

Nobody's gonna want to play the Green Bay Packers.

You're absolutely right about that.

Mhm.

Coach, arent you throwing out the Lions?

I'm not throwing out the Lions because of the young quarterbacks on the team, On the Packers and the Bears, but the Lions have an uphill battle.

I don't think physically they're where they were last year.

Uh, their defense is not nearly as good.

Um, they're not, running the ball as well.

So, uh, they've got an uphill battle.

I think the Packers are gonna win it.

I think the Bears are gonna be 2nd, and the Lions are gonna be 3rd.

But the Lions could sneak into the playoffs, and if they do, Uh, people will be hesitant to play them as well.

Yeah, I think the Lions who sometimes coach their offense are kind of limited.

They, I think, you know, at times depend on Jamir Gibbs so much.

One guy, um, I like the Bears.

I like their defense.

The Packers' defense has much improved, and I think they can put up a lot of points.

So I, Im with you.

The Lions probably fall into that third spot.

Jack.

Yeah, and the problem for the Lions is if they Don't win the division, which they probably won't; now you're playing games on the road, And you're going to cold-weather places, or you're going to Seattle.

You're going to, uh, Chicago, um, and that we know hasn't been the, The place where they function the best.

Excellent point.

You said it.
