He earned an honorable mention nod this year, not ranked in the top 10.
I think this year, bold prediction, he ends up becoming a top 6 receiver next year .
I think another another season in which he gets over 1000 yards, a lot more explosive plays, a lot more usage in ways to tap into his strength.
I think that when you have a weapon like I'm uh like I'm Rosa Brown and Jason Williams, you gotta find even new and creative ways to get them the football.
But there is the idea, there is that notion that which player on offense might suffer because of the fact there's so many mouths to feed.
More and more touches are gonna go to Tesla, more and more touches are gonna go to La Porta, more and more are gonna go to Jamir Gibbs, and a lot, you, you figure 15 to 20 touches are gonna go to Jamir Gibbs.
Who could be the player that suffers.
Some people, and and and it's fair to look at because he's a deep threat, he's a player that maybe opposing defenses will target.
Is Jason Williams potentially being set up for maybe a letdown season?
Maybe not in terms of just statistics, maybe around 800, 900 yards, but maybe just because of the fact that he's a weapon, he's somebody that gets targeted by opposing defensive coordinators is, hey, we'll take, we'll we'll do too high safety, we'll do some zone, we'll do some things to take away JO.
And not let him Get a lot of yards after the catch , and let somebody else beat us.
Cause here's the thing, you gotta pick your poison.
If you load the box for Jamir Gibbs, that's why it's gonna be vital when we talk running backs, that Jamir Gibbs handles business.
Because if they run the football well, and then you can get play action off of it, look out, the explosive plays will come, where JO can be a legit fantasy football option even.
