Two backside homers off, off that lefty.
How impressive is that- Yeah and how big is that to get you guys jump-started in the- Yeah, I mean, he- Riley had a great game, but our, our whole team did.
You know, I mean, to come back after a really tough day yesterday, I'm really proud of our guys.
Riley, getting us on the board early, is a great feeling and, and, and we just continued to chip away a little bit against Besic.
He, you know, he missed a lot of bats.
Riley was able to hit a couple homers.
We also scratched another run across and, and then opened up a little bit, as the game went on.
It's not an easy pitching staff in general, and Besic's one of the best.
But I thought our guys did a really good job of, of showing up ready to play today.
How important was it for Framber just being in the strike zone- Yeah and how impressive was he today?
He was great.
Framber's, he's tried to make some subtle adjustments and, and it's really paid off for him.
I mean, he, he hasn't stopped working.
He hasn't stopped tinkering, trying to find, the right combo of, of fastball, curveball, the sinker.
He threw the four-seamer today.
He threw some better change-ups.
You know, he, I think we knew that that group was gonna swing a little bit.
He got some, you know, key ground ball double play.
Missed enough bats.
Really held, I mean, on, on a day after the double header where we used, you know, almost every pitcher, he took down seven innings and, and looked as good as he's looked recently.
