And look, some of the focus this week has not been, unfortunately, on the standings on the field.

The big news of Ketel Marte, maybe the Diamondbacks' best player, was a no-show on Monday at Fenway Park.

They put him on the restricted list.

Now he's on the injured list.

It's clearly hanging over this Diamondbacks team right now.

Oh, there's no doubt.

It's been an unbelievably strange week for this ball club.

They played so well in Atlanta, took two out of three from the Braves, then went to Boston missing their star second baseman.

And for these guys, I think Torey's trying to get them back on track, focused on the task, going out there.

They're in the middle of a wild card race.

Gotta play well here.

And hoping that maybe they can get him back at some point and help them make that playoff push, but every game is crucial for this Diamondbacks team.

Meanwhile, for Cincinnati, look, Jeff, the, the Reds have kind of fallen out of the race.

Maybe still a, a puncher's chance to make a run in September.

Yesterday, finally some more offense from a Reds team that's been struggling with the bats.

Yeah, they have, Dave.

I, I think when you look at this Reds club, they are so much promise coming out of spring training.

They thought they had a phenomenal rotation.

They thought they had some bullpen pieces, thought that they had added some offense.

It just hasn't quite panned out that way.

The offense has been feast or famine, and there's been a lot of injuries that have taken away from them.

Yeah, yesterday 11 runs, though.

One guy hits for the cycle.

Another guy almost hits for the cycle.

And we'll transition to our Microsoft Keys to the Game as, as we get ready for the start of this game.

The two guys at the top of the order, Cowboy, are the guys that make the Reds offense go.

Yeah, Elly De La Cruz and Sal Stewart, who leads the big leagues in RBIs.

I don't know that Tito really would like to hit Elly De La Cruz in the leadoff spot, but it is what it is at this point.

These guys, if they're hitting, the Reds are scoring runs.

If they're not, well, you know that story.

Yeah, and I think for the Diamondbacks, it's we have to get length from Mitch Pratt.

He had a clunker in Boston.

He only threw three innings.

They're gonna try to get some length from him today.

Hopefully have him leave this game on a positive note.

So the rookie left-hander getting warmed up and getting ready for the start today at home.

Trying to win a game and win a series against the Reds
