And he has just been ridiculous lately.
For as bad as the Padres offense has been, we can remove Fernando Tatis Jr. From those discussions.
Fernando Tatis, in his last 25 games, a slash line of 356, 411, and 485, two homers, nine RBIs, 12 runs.
And, you know, I mean, he looks like, he's starting to look like Fernando Tatis Jr. Again.
I mean, the power needs to come back, but the most important thing, especially on an offense that has been as bad as the Padres one has, you need a guy who's semi-consistent, and Fernando Tatis Jr. Has been that.
Can we just have Tatis, hit in all nine spots and then just have everybody else run for him?
That'd be nice.
But no, it's nice to have at least one guy starting to figure it out.
Nobody else seems to know how to do that on this offense, so, it's nice to see.
We, I think we were talking about it last episode, seeing your superstars play like superstars, and that's Tatis and that's what they needed, and now he's star- starting to show that.
Fernando Tatis and the other Padres walking in here to try and get a wild card spot.
At least he's back, man.
Nando is back in the building and I love it, honestly.
I think maturing- It's, it's- as a man is enjoying, appreciating Fernando Tatis for what he is.
I used to, I could not stand him for the longest time, and as I've become more intelligent over time, I've realized that he's really fun to watch, and I wish there was more people like him.
It's Tatis and the other Cavaliers.
Yeah, I mean, that's kind of it right now.
But I mean, you need It starts with one, and it's been Fernando Tatis Jr.
He's been the guy in San Diego for the last couple of seasons.
And even today, the Padres are now winning 4-1 at the top of the ninth.
Tatis today has two RBIs, an RBI double and an RBI single.
So I mean, he's playing into this exact discussion we're having.
