And Soto cracks one to deep right field.

Forget that, that is way out of here.

Way up in the second deck.

Soto hits a bomb.

His 10th of the season.

His fourth on this road trip.

And the Mets jump out to a one nothing lead.

A prodigious blast for Sandra Soto.

Casey came into the night hitting just 158 against left-handers.

Like with Joe Mack, they've mostly shielded him from lefties.

He lines that one toward the middle, and he's got a base hit to give the Marlins the lead.

So Casey, up against the left-hander, gets his second RBI of the night, and the Marlins go in front two to one.

And Normie drives one to left.

Morabito sliding, and he made the catch.

A bullet off the bat of Normie.

It was sinking fast, and Morabito left his feet and made the play.

Beautifully done by the rookie left fielder to keep it a two-one game.

And Bench cracks one out to center.

Marcy racing back to the warning track right at the fence.

He leaps, and he makes another catch.

Oh, wow.

Carson Bench is gonna be talking to himself.

That's twice today that Marcy's gone up against the center field fence and taken an extra base hit away from Bench.

22-year-old Jonathan will make his season debut.

And another good changeup to strike out Marcy on three pitches.

One-two coming.

Fly ball, center field.

Right there is Marcy waiting.

And the Marlins win the opening game of this series
