Mike Perry Dominates Nate Diaz on Netflix: A Fight Recap
Mike Perry beat Nate Diaz in a brutal match, prompting Stitch Duran to step in as Diaz bled severely. Perry looked the best of any fighter on the card.

To me, the fighter that stole, like, Ngannou showed, like, just how dangerous he is still, and I get it, you know, he wasn't fighting Jon Jones.
but I don't care.
Like, y- whatever.
Like, Ngannou is Francis Ngannou, is still the, the baddest heavyweight on the planet, right now.
But to me, Mike Perry.
And you know what?
Credit to the odd makers.
I was like, "Really?
Hey, you guys made Mike Perry, like, a minus 200 favorite, little plus over 200, favorite."
And the number did come down, people started to chip away and bet on Nate as the fight approached, but I know Diaz has lost before, but he's never gotten absolutely, like, murdered like that before.
you know, Mike Perry, the king of violence in BKFC, very impressive to put the gloves on, and not just beat Diaz, but batter him so much that Stitch Duran himself had to stop it and say, "I can't stop the bleeding."
He said, "It's just too much.
I can't stop this."
Mm-hmm.
And he basically told Nate, "You're getting murdered.
I gotta stop this."
And Nate couldn't see.
Like, that was super impressive for Mike Perry in my opinion, Tom.
Yeah, and that's kind of the, the fear I had going into that fight because, you know, Nate's recent fights, he does, he does that kind of And he's always kind of done that where he kind of baits in and, you know, looks like he's hurt, and, you know, he's not fighting and he's not trying and he looks tired.
But I worried with Perry, a guy that's just gonna come forward and land big shots and does have some pretty good power, and he A guy that's used to fighting those short rounds in BKFC, he was just gonna kind of go for it, and he did.
And that scar tissue, I mean, we've seen it ever since, you know, going back to the McGregor fight.
That, that right side of his face, it always opens up.
You know, the j- the Jorge Masvidal kick to the face, you know, that same spot.
So I worried a little bit about Nate just kind of being too sluggish and Perry just coming forward and doing what he does, and that's exactly what happened.
And we saw, you know, Nate had a nice throw in there.
He, he got him down to the ground, but wasn't strong enough to hold him down.
Perry was just strong everywhere.
And, yeah, I mean, Perry, the guy's, you know, he's, he's been on a roll for the past few years and, you know, another good night for him, so credit to him.
Yeah, and as Mike Perry talked about, like, Lorenzo Hunt called him out to fight for, like, the ultimate badass belt type of stuff, right?
And Mike Perry said, "I don't care about your belts and all that stupid stuff.
I care about getting paid."
Like Yeah, yeah.
Like, he's not a champion.
Like, he's actually not a champion- Mm-hmm which is funny.
Like, he doesn't have a belt, but he doesn't care.
Like you said, he's been on a roll and, and he's gonna be on the next MVP card and make a bunch of more money again, right, in the future.
Because he's, he's, you know, he's part of the, part of the friends of the family, so to speak.
