Ladies and gentlemen.
The Chiefs are eliminated from the NFL playoffs.
And we have so much more to unpack this week.
Time for overreactions.
Starting with one wild NFL hypothetical coming true.
The Kansas City Chiefs will not go to the NFL playoffs this season after losing to the Chargers.
It actually ended on a sad note with Patrick.
Mahomes goes down right at the games end with an ACL tear.
Which is just brutal.
Chiefs fans, take a moment to wrap your head around this.
This is the first time since 2014 that the Chiefs are missing the playoffs.
Just the second time under Andy Reid, and first time in the Patrick Mahomes era.
This is a huge deal, guys.
Is the dynasty done, or is this a one-year blip?
On the radar?
Speaking of upsets, the Patriots were so close.
To get the AFC East title under their belts, but Josh Allen and the Bills finally snapped New England's 10-game win streak keeps the division race alive and wide open.
When you score on five straight possessions, I think that win is very much deserved.
Bills' part.
Buffalo was really looking like a complete team Today.
Am I overreacting by thinking maybe, Just maybe, the Bills still have it in them to make a Super Bowl run this year?
I mean, the obstacle of the Chiefs will no longer be a factor for them in the AFC.
But the next question is: Who could be your NFL MVP?
Drake, May or Josh Allen?
Speaking of MVP, Matthew Stafford and Rams are heading to the playoffs once again.
Again, after taking down the Lions in an NFC showdown, L.A. is eyeing the No.
1 seed Right in the eyes.
On the other side of the league, The Broncos also took home the win against the Packers, keeping the No.
1 seed in their Conference and maintaining that momentum.
We're watching the NFL playoff picture form right before our very eyes.
To end it off today, we, of course, have to discuss Philip Rivers' NFL return, because what A game against the Seahawks these Colts had.
They didn't take home the win.
So, their playoff chances lessened significantly.
But it's not easy to walk back into this league after five years and at 44 years old.
And Grandpa Phil threw a touchdown pass and gave them a battle, And that's impressive.
Considering Sam Darnold didn't even throw a Touchdown!
This loss really has to sting for Indy, especially when it ends with Rivers Interception, which feels all too familiar.
But look, even with their slim playoff chances, Rivers was the last quarterback to take the Colts to the playoffs!
Wouldn't it be fun to see him pull off a wild Card run in these last three weeks?
