NFL Week 4 Letdowns: Eagles Go 0-for-12 on Third Down, Texans Fall to 0-4

Five teams fell short on NFL Week 4 Sunday: the Eagles, Texans, Bills, Chargers and Broncos. Philadelphia's Super Bowl-winning quarterback completed just 44% of his passes for 93 yards, the offense went 0-for-12 on third down and Saquon Barkley left after three touches. DeMeco Ryans' Texans dropped to 0-4 with a loss to the Cowboys, and the Bills lost to the Patriots. The Chargers sit at 0-4 even after a season-high 23 points, and the Broncos managed only 14 points after trading a first- and third-round pick for Jaylen Waddle.
