What makes a funny car so unique and cool is just that you have a body coming down on top of you with a 12,000 horsepower engine sitting in between your legs, fire breathing, ready to explode at any moment, and, I get to ride along.
From the nerves when it starts to the exhilaration of the launch, you feel it all.
And, the only thing better than watching drag racing is driving one.
I've heard great stories about Night Under Fire.
I've heard it is the show of the summer for drag racing, and I cannot wait to go to the Cornwell Quality Tools Night Under Fire.
The Bader family is huge for drag racing.
Their love, their passion for this sport, it just shows through here in Norwalk.
They go above and beyond for everybody here, and I know that Night Under Fire will be an event that you cannot miss.
It would be extremely special to win Night Under Fire, the 49th running.
So much history, so many memories here at this racetrack.
