Vic Fangio gave plenty of updates on the Eagles defense ahead of joint practices with the Patriots this week.

Yeah, I love doing these things.

I think these things are great.

I wish we would do another one.

It's great to go against a new team, new schemes, new players.

You'll learn things.

You're gonna get un-scouted looks and plays, and you see how people react.

These things are tremendous, and, you know, can't get enough of it.

In Jihad's case, what made you wanna play him in that first game, and how's he played from what we've seen?

He, you know, when Nakobe got back last year, his snaps got cut down a way, a lot and, just feel he needs more reps, and it proved out in the game.

He had a play or two that he didn't play the, the right way, that he should be playing the right way, you know, so we still got work to do.

Yeah, I don't know when Bernard will be back.

You know, that injury he got in our weight room, you know, is gonna take some time to heal.

Um- You're happy with Nolan and Jalix?

Yeah, I'm very happy with Nolan and Jalix.

AK is coming along.

The other guys are coming along.

What did Ty Robinson show you Sunday?

Yeah, he came to life, you know.

He, he'd been on life support since he's been here, but he came to life, and, hopefully that will continue.

I think Keeley is, you know, he's been everybody's piata doll for a while.

I kinda sense he could be coming.

I think these two days for him are big.
