Oregon QB Dante Moore in Concussion Protocol, No Timetable Before UCLA
Oregon quarterback Dante Moore is in NCAA concussion protocol after taking a hit in the second quarter against USC, and coach Dan Lanning says there is no timetable for his return. To be cleared, Moore needs a baseline assessment, symptom checks, cognitive and balance tests and medical clearance. He then has to pass five return-to-play stages, from light aerobic exercise up to full-contact practice and then games. If Moore can't play against UCLA, Dylan Raiola would make his first Oregon start after throwing for 289 yards and two touchdowns in relief against USC. The Ducks are 13.5-point favorites, and their first availability report is due Wednesday evening.
