They are plus 215 to win the NFC North this year, second behind the Detroit Lions.

There is a sense out there, there's a perception if not reality, that the Packers haven't done enough.

You know, for the last three years, Michael, they finished with the seven seed.

But for the expansion of the playoffs, they'd be riding a four-year streak of no playoff appearances.

They have gotten in by the skin of their cheeseheads in 2023, '24, and '25.

And yes, along the way they did beat the hell out of the Dallas Cowboys in the wildcard round, and they did, they did give the 49ers a scare.

But it has been a sense that they haven't done enough.

Here is Tucker Kraft, who's recovering from an ACL tear, on the failure of the Packers to not deliver in the biggest moments.

Coaches are here to take players where they can't go by themselves, but we have to meet them halfway.

They're here to, you know, teach us the contents of the offense, but it's up to us to make that come to fruition.

And, I'm not saying it's a culmination of players' failures, but we're not winning.

So we just have to, you know, each man has to nut up or shut up.

That's, I think I, I think it's that simple.

That you just do your job one play at a time.

I hear a play in the huddle, I look at my, my assignment, my alignment, my technique.

I think one to two things that might change that play in a, in a snapshot.

Here comes the snap, and, and you never get a single play back in the NFL.

So I think you just have to have the right attitude.

Nut up or shut up.

I'm still not sure that that's something we should be saying, although hell, we say whatever we wanna say.

I remember when I was a kid, there was like that, that swath of words that you weren't quite sure if you say it, am I getting in trouble?

Do they say it on TV, right?

Right.

Like fart, for example.

That was one, like, am, am I, am I gonna get, am I gonna get a shoe, slapped against some part of my body for Not a, not a, not a hard outdoor shoe, just a slipper.

Slipper was one of the implements of corporal punishment as well.

Is fart gonna get me in trouble?

How about suck?

Is suck gonna get me in trouble?

Slipper I could take.

I remember thinking that.

I'm not sure about nut up or shut up- Yeah but I guess we're rolling with it.

Oh, one time, one time- That'll get you in trouble I, I shouldn't tell stories like this.

I shouldn't tell stories like this, but it was a funny story.

I got, I got a, I got a slipper thrown at me from the bottom of the stairs to the top of the stairs, and it wasn't intended to hit me, and it did.

And it scared my mom, so I acted like I was injured to milk the hell out of it.

But it was just a slipper.

It was one of those floppy- There you go you know those floppy slippers that Yeah, like it, you, you, you couldn't, you couldn't g- you couldn't kill a fly- Yeah with a, the floppy ass slipper.

So I was being a smartass and I deserved it, but, for some reason it, she didn't expect to hit the mark.

It was supposed to be a warning shot, and it hit me.

So I, when I heard her reaction, I thought, "Hey, you know what?

I may get a bowl of ice cream tonight out of this."

Right.

Exactly.

Yeah, you know, yeah, it was a little bit of pain.

I, I don't know, maybe some money for the corner store might help it get a little better and- It was- a little bit more candy.

uh- Trust me yeah, my neck.

It was, it was- More ice cream.

Ah.

Trip to McDonald's.

It was over the top.

It was over the top.

All right.

So, so
