Patrick Bailey Is Starting to Find His Groove With the Guardians
The Cleveland Guardians expected it to take time for Patrick Baily to get acclimated, and that's starting to show.

I think the last thing that, to finish up here is that kind of miscellaneous point, Patrick Bailey is really starting to find himself with this Guardians team, and I think tonight was a great example of that.
First off, on defense, which is really what the Guardians brought him in to do, he threw out two runners tonight, and Steven Vo even said it after the game as well, that he just kind of managed this chaotic game for the Guardians, too.
And that game manager, that person behind the plate that's going to calm the pitchers down and know that his game plan behind the plate and stick to it to get the big outs.
The, the bullpen was fantastic tonight outside of a couple of, pitches from Hunter Gattis.
It really was strong, and I think you can directly relate that to Bailey being hot behind home plate.
So he really is starting to find his own with this Guardians team.
And on the offensive side of it as well, he came up with a big double, and he also had that base hit in the bottom of the eighth as well.
So if the offense can get going for Bailey, he's gonna be even more than what the Guardians expected for when they traded from him from the Giants earlier, or earlier this season.
Now looking ahead, the Guardian- Yeah, and obviously got our first hit, got us going.
Patty's been swinging the bat well since he's been here, and hits the ball hard, makes pitchers work good at bats, so And what he does behind the plate, obviously invaluable, and I thought he navigated a really tough game tonight.
