PFF Breakdown: Inside the 49ers’ Offensive Performance vs. Eagles
Robinson dazzles, Juszczyk shines. But PFF grades reveal key offensive line struggles and Purdy's toughest outing.

The box score only tells so much.
Let's look at Pro Football Focus grades.
The offense.
Offensive standouts, starting with DeMarcus Robinson, who delivered one of the best performances of any player on the field.
He earned a season-high 89.5 across 40 snaps.
He also posted the best receiving grade, hauling in 6 receptions for 100 and 11 yards and a touchdown, including a 61-yard catch early on.
Fullback Kyle Juszczyk continued to prove his value as a versatile weapon.
He earned an 81 offensive grade on 28 snaps and led the team in run blocking with a season-high seventy-eight point nine.
He also contributed in the pass game, finishing with a 75.6 grade.
Along the offensive line, center Jake Brendel stood out as San Francisco's most blocker.
He earned a 70 offensive grade and the team's best pass-blocking grade.
Purdy finished with 18 of 31 for 262 yards, 2 touchdowns, 2 interceptions for a passer rating of 80.3.
One bright spot came on a trick play where Jauan Jennings completed his only pass of the game for a 29-yard TD.
Christian McCaffrey, earning a passer grade of 71.
There were production issues up front, largely due to Trent Williams being back.
For the first time, off injury and not 100 percent.
He had-- he allowed six pressures.
Spencer Burford allowed four.
Dominic Puni allowed three; Jake Brendel allowed two.
And Colton McKivitz allowed one.
Burford finished as the lowest-graded offensive lineman, and Puni recorded Block-blocking grade.
Not everyone fared well at the skill positions, either.
Luke Farrell earned thirty-five over nineteen snaps.
Skyy Moore earned a 45 and was the team's lowest-rated run blocker.
But ironically, the team's best run grade after a single Three-yard carry, Brian Robinson earned a 50 .6 grade and posted the worst pass blocking grade of the game.
The 49ers' rushing attack was Uncharacteristically inefficient for the second week in a row.
Christian McCaffrey finished with 48 rushing yards on 15 carries.
Which is an average of 3.2 yards per carry and earned a 50.4 rush grade.
However, he did make a huge impact air and finished the game with a 72.8 receiving grade.
Catching 6 passes for 66 yards.
The 49ers offense wasn't at its best.
Sharpest, but got the job done.
