Outside Citizens Bank Park, it was hard to find Phillies fans who were not upset about this 5-4 loss, especially after being so far ahead for so much of the game.
There's no business losing a game that you were up 4-1 going into the eighth inning.
What needs to change?
Bullpen.
That, I feel like that hurt us at the end.
It was a choice to put a rookie in against the heart of their order.
Middle relieving has been our weakness all year.
Nola pitched the game of the year, right?
Best game ever, I think all year.
He went seven innings.
It's a sad day.
How does this make you feel about October?
Ah.
Not thinking about that yet.
Playoffs don't start in October.

This is hunt for October.
You gotta win some games if you're gonna get to the playoffs.
This is unacceptable.
We're at least gonna make it at the wild card, very least.

They didn't win the game, but listen, my man's hitting.
We had a good offensive approach, but I thought we could work on our defense a bit.
It's always the bullpen.
