We knew it all along.
Well, I guess we're good.
We're good.
We made the playoffs.
I'll see you later.
All right.
They got a head of steam going, your Phillies, as we welcome you to Phillies Post Game Live, presented by Curado Insurance.
Ricky Vitale here.
I'm Michael Barkann.
Interviews in just a moment.
Ricky Boh, Zach Wheeler, Adolis Garcia.
They got, and you had said this last night at the end of Post Game Live.
Yeah.
They're gonna get more than four runs for the first time since May 18th.
That was a lock of all locks.
I, I mean, you just had that feeling that somebody was gonna break out.
I mean, you saw Garcia.
He's been hitting the ball extremely well.
You could go as far as yesterday, he hit two balls very hard.
Come to today, he hits the home run, and then in that ninth or the eighth inning, he hit a rocket to center field on top of it.
He's got something going.
He's cooking.
He's going in the right direction.
I mean, let's face it.
When you look at, at a team like the Phillies right now, you're kind of waiting.
Waiting, waiting, waiting.
May- maybe they're not that juggernaut of, of an offense that they used to be, but there's something still in there.
I mean, they're not gonna go this dry for a long period of time.
And finally, they kind of broke out a little bit.
But you had a weird feeling that it was gonna be against relievers, too.
Yeah.
Which, again, it was.
I mean, the Phillies have had a hard time getting after the starting pitching, and it, and it showed again today.
Giolito was good.
He had a good slider.
But I, but I mean, I, I didn't think he was a dominant type pitcher, and the Phillies made him look like Cy Young early on.
But what is it- And they got to him but, but the game's about nine innings, and you, you gotta continue to grind, grind, grind.
And they started hitting the baseball harder as the game went, went deeper into it.
We're gonna grind, grind, grind.
We're gonna win, win, win.
We're gonna fight, fight, fight.
We're gonna fight, fight, fight.
Here's the PGW-
