A fan favorite, Trey Mancini, has been signed to a minor league deal.
Trey Mancini is thirty-four but has not played since twenty twenty-three.

And I think had, like, five home runs from what I remember looking at.

He went ballistic in twenty nineteen.

the last two years before he didn't get a contract, it was a little, little more rough.

I mean, that He's also up there in age now.

Okay, so I mean, I'm a big fan of his.
Like you said, anybody who comes back, comes back from cancer, I have a ton of respect for.
And yeah, I mean, I wish him the best.
for the sake of the Angels, oh, it's a minor league deal.

It's just, it's just one of those, like, if he pops off- Yeah ... we can call him up.
He's a veteran presence.
I don't mind it at all.
I like Trey Mancini.
I think it's cool that he gets a contract.

I mean, with all due respect to Trey, I mean, just from a baseball perspective, the bar is not high.

So this is not a move that makes you worse.
Both the Angels and Trey Mancini have nothing to lose.
